Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Columbia

I was so hungry for a Strawberry Cheesecake Blast, and just had a really strange one at this Sonic. There was not one little cube of cheesecake in the whole thing. It tasted as though the cheesecake was added, blended, then strawberries added. Also, it was too runny to have been made fresh. I needed to be on my way to an appointment, so couldn't send it back. So disappointing.

A few days later: I have received good response from Sonic from my recent complaint/review in the form of two emails and a phone call. It seems that what I was served was a milkshake, not a Blast, and it's still uncertain as to where that "cheesecake" flavor came from. The store mgr. told me that whoever took my order should have told me that this particular Blast is no longer available. "Shoulda, woulda, coulda". I do appreciate all the responses and was impressed by their promptness. Yesterday I had a perfect Oreo Blast....

I went to sonic on hwy 98 in Columbia. It started out ok until I received my order. I ordered a bacon double no mayo no cheese, LG tots, LG fries, a corn dog and fruit punch to drink. The came out pretty quick but when I looked in the bag the LG fries weren't in the bag. I asked the young lady about it she said it wasn't on the order. I then how much would it be and she said $4. I tell the young lady not to worry about the fries, I hand her the money and she doesn't know how much change to give back. Always check your food and check...

I’ve been to this location several times. I’ve tried to give it the benefit of doubt that maybe it was a fluke. But this pretty much does it for me. In the past the burgers have been dry, meat and buns. Today I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders and they were rubbery. I’ve tried them at other locations and they are great. But not at this location. So basically what I did today was pay $11 for good Tater tots, a good Route 44 Diet Dr Pepper and rubbery chicken tenders. ...
