I order my usual. A latte with 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla and 1 Splenda. She pointed across the store and told me it’s over there and that I can put it in myself. I asked why, because I’ve been coming to Starbucks for years and I’ve never been asked to make my own coffee at a coffee shop. She said it was across the store and it was too busy and crowded for her to walk over there to get it. I’m confused as to why there isn’t any behind the counter?
