Hamilton was absolutely brilliant. Everyone involved has such bare talent. The venue, however, was a bit of a let down. For a venue with capacity for 2,256 (and it was packed) why isn’t there more than one bathroom for each gender on each of the three floors? For the ladies, that means 14 stalls on level one, and 4 stalls each on levels two and three. So a grand total of 22 stalls for ~1,000+ people. As you can imagine, it’s impossible to get everyone through that during a 15 minute intermission. Even with women being filtered through the 2-stall men’s room on level three, we still unfortunately missed the first song after intermission. There also didn’t seem to be any employees monitoring the entrances, as people were leaving and coming in throughout the entire show. The opening of the doors/lights in the middle of songs was very distracting. Pro tips for anyone attending a show in an indoor venue: - If your kid cant sit still and not chat for 3 hours, please don’t bring them. - Don’t wear strong perfume/cologne. It’s inescapable for everyone around you.

I have came here for several ballets over the years, as well as concerts. My favorite event is the Dracula ballet. The Koger center is laid out very well. There are drinks available for purchase although it is a little steep in prices. The theatrics for the Dracula ballet are very well laid out. They change up the performance every year. So that it’s always different to some degree. It’s fun to dress up and pretend you’re fancy. The intermissions are very well timed, however you have to rush to the concessions to be able to purchase anything during your 15-20 min break. I would and will continue to attend performances here. I’ve never sat in the balcony, but I hear it’s a good view if you sit more center. If you get in the ends of the aisles then your view of some angles of the stage might be blocked by curtains. I would recommend checking out a show here. Especially the Dracula ballet if you are new to ballets.

Our 1st time here and our first opera! The Koger Center and Madame Butterfly did not disappoint. The only con we saw was that the subtitles didn't always show up during the show, and sometimes, you could only read part of the words because all the words didn't fit on the screen. Other than that, the performance was wonderful and everything I had dreamed about since first learning about MB when I was a teenager. I am also providing photos of the seating area. When I went to look for tickets, I could not find very good photos that really showed me how close we would be from the stage. I am a very visual person, and looking at the seating chart and seeing photos from the audience towards the stage was not very helpful to me. So maybe these photos will help someone else when they are looking to buy tickets. For reference, my husband (tall and all in black) is standing at our seats, which were I-26 and I-27.

The venue itself is fine. Although, for a sold out show, the facilities may be a little lacking. However, the staff working the concession were unnecessarily rude. The lady taking the order was rude and condescending to the person behind me in line and scolded her like she was a child for touching the display wine bottle when she was trying to read info about the wine she was ordering. Then the lady pouring the drinks handed me a different wine than I ordered. When I told her I had actually ordered a different kind both ladies joined in to tell me that's not what I originally asked for, etc. but that they would pour me another (as if they were doing me a favor). They made a much bigger deal out of making sure to point out they thought it was my error, than it really needed to be or what I would consider good customer service. I was pretty confident about what I ordered, but didn't argue with them since there is always the possibility I misspoke and didn't realize it and was just happy to end up with the correct drink in the end. Plus, I just wanted to enjoy myself and wasn't going to let them ruin my experience. But, another person in line behind me made it a point to pull me aside and tell me I had asked for what I thought I did and that they were wrong. Either way, the way I witnessed them speaking to not only myself but another customer does not reflect well on the...

Hamilton was great! I don’t normally leave reviews about subpar experiences, but the venue was the worst I have ever experienced. The lack of a center aisle required you to step over 50 people to get to your seat. If there were a fire or emergency, it would be impossible to exit.

There was one concession stand and 3 bathrooms to support 2200+ people….Insane. The intermission was 15 minutes. I would guess that over 60% of the women in the bathroom line were not able to go because no one wanted to miss the show. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t a 3 hour show. It felt so condescending to hear the announcements reminding you of how little time you have to wait in line to use the restroom.

I saw a handicapped individual struggle for parking and to use the restroom. It was sad to see them to try to get back to their seat in time before the doors closed.

There were some employees that provided great customer services despite the uncontrollable aspects of the venue that they have to tolerate. However, if you were lucky enough to actually order at the concession stand, the ladies behind the counter made sure you knew it was a true inconvenience to service you…and after you pay they tell you that drinks aren’t allowed in the theater….It was surreal and felt like the Fyre Festival...
