I had a strange request for Cell Surgeon- I was modifying my Nintendo Switch and accidentally pulled off the battery connector on the console's logic board. I needed it microsoldered back on, and that was it. They had me sign a waiver, and explained that even if they solder the thing back on, theres no guarantee that when I put my switch back together, that it would work. Well 3 hrs later, I got a call and went to pick it up! The guy that rang me up told me I would need to remove the old thermal paste and apply it new- advice I never asked for, but desperately needed (I had no idea what I was doing so thank you!)! Came home, cleaned it up, new thermal paste and a couple youtube tutorials later- the darn thing turned back on, it can charge, doesn't overheat, and works perfectly!

HORRIBLE. Got my phone fixed , the colors on the screen were so dull!! Did everything in settings I could changed a bunch of things to try to get my colors but came to conclusion the problem was the cheap screen I paid $105 for! My screen has popped out of my phone to where I have to gently pop it back in place 3 times in the past 24 hours! I haven’t even dropped it it just slowly lifts up on the corners. My True Tone brightening setting is gone ever since i got it fixed and I can’t type as fast because the calibration or whatever it’s called is all messed up. I have to type very slowly and gently. Do not buy or get your phone fixed from this company! They are cheap and will mess your phone up your phone. Choose someone else that can get the...

I would recommend this place, and I will return if I ever have phone issues again. I stopped by there today, and found him to be very kind and GENEROUS. I had my 4-year-old daughter with me. He was nice to her, allowed her to play the game system, and just be an overall kid (active). While I was there he fixed another person's phone in a matter of like 10 minutes or so. That customer was even amazed at how fast his phone was fixed. He said, "Man that's it? Everybody told me it was going to take like 2-3 hours". My particular phone issue could not be resolved, due to no fault of his own. However, I did leave with some recommendations for my next step. If you need service,...
