Lady on the speaker was kind of stand offish. Not a lot of food for 10$

I've been going to this location for twenty plus years. The food is consistent with other locations. Staff are often not the kind of folks you want handling your food. I've had a few nightmarishly long waits in the drivethru - like 30 plus minutes. Only could get out when I asked all the other drivers to move up.

Put tomatoes on everything we asked for no tomatoes on it, left off over 20$ worth of food. Would not and will not go again, did not offer a refund, just more food, I'm not driving 20 minutes to get more food. Sickening especially after 55$

5/22/2025 @ 12pm I went to Taco Bell, ordered 2 soft tacos just meat and cheese ( no lettuce ) instead I opened it up to be ALL lettuce and not even a scoop of beef.. I am a manager for a Taco Bell in granite city so I know this isn’t acceptable and it’s sad that they will serve something that’s not even made right. I understand mixing up the order and maybe you forgot it’s just meat and cheese that’s fine, but when it’s loaded with just lettuce, no cheese, & not even a scoop of beef IM VERY angry! Most people hate on Taco Bell but I find it amazing. Have never had a complaint here. The workers are amazing and they seem to have a full house there so you know your food will be ready quick. I've also talked with the manger there and she is a very happy soul. Never seems to get angry and tries to help as best as she can. Now for the food it is excellent as usual. I've gone to the Taco Bell for about 15 ish years and I've probably had my order messed up maybe twice. Now you know that is premium service...

Tried the breakfast for the first time. Tried the Cheesy Quesadilla with bacon and tired the Grande Quesadilla combo with sausage. Ordered the hash brown and coffee. Cheesy Quesadilla was a lot of wrap to filling ratio. Lots of wrap. The Grande Quesadilla wrap to filling ratio was good. Both of them definitely needed sauce, both of them dry. Good thing I asked for sauce. Lol...Hash brown was the best out of all items. Good and crunchy, not greasy. Next time I might just get a couple of hash...
