China Star — Restaurant in Columbia

I spent almost 40 dollars on a phone in order. I have not tried it yet, but with the service I received tonight, it would have to be the best food I have ever eaten to even receive three stars. There is a little girl there that looks between 9 and 11. She gave the worst customer service I have ever received in a rice house. She refused to smile and refused to say "thank you " , even when I requested a thank you. I am 54 years old and just got snipped by a prepubescent check out girl. I am flabbergasted and could go on forever. I believe in family businesses and entrepreneurship. But when using children , please educate them on client pleasing. I await my thank you ...

I’ll give 3 stars because the foods good! Customer service is terrible. The girl is so rude when you call and insist on arguing with you. I don’t care how old you are you treat your customers with respect. That’s good customer service. She sounds utterly depressed when you call. She messed our orders up 3 x now - first time she only gave us one order of dumplings, after we asked for 2. Second time forgot white rice that we ordered and 3rd time gave us chicken instead of shrimp like we had asked for! Sad that this is the only Chinese place close to us that we know of as we would go...

Terrible egg drop soup. Tasted like slime with eggs, no flavor whatsoever. Also, my Moo Goo gai pan chicken was nearly tasteless. Chicken on a stick was good, as was the sweet and sour chicken, however. Just stay away from the egg drop soup, it's terrible. Oh, and the young lady working the counter acts like she just graduated from Surly School with an A+. Needs help in customer relations big time.
