I've been here 3 times in the past two weeks simply because it's one of only a half dozen places to grab a meal-to-go quickly within 20 miles of home. With a large family, we get the same meal every time. 16 piece chicken with 8 biscuits and 5 sides. It's not a complicated order. Each time, all three times, the order has been short on the count of pieces of chicken or one or more sides are incorrect. Today, after attempting to address the inaccuracies of this order, the employee told me "well I just added some extra fries for you." I didn't order fries to begin with, I was short 4 pieces of chicken and 8 biscuits, and instead of the large side I ordered they told me it would be substituted with 3 small sides and only gave me 2. To add insult to injury, we didn't get get the fries.
Last visit I was short 4 pieces of chicken and when I called the store after getting home, the person answering the phone hung up on me twice.
The first time, almost 2 weeks ago, it was short 2 pieces of chicken
Maybe we make it too complicated when we add a couple apple fritters or a chicken sandwich to the order... I know my average cost when visiting this place is $65 or more, but they won't be getting any more money from me at all. It's literally a 20 mile drive to eat from Popeyes and going back is not an option once we're home. Sitting in line and trying to fix it while there isn't possible because there is always a long line and it would not be courteous to the people waiting in line behind us. Totally dissatisfied with this restaurant. Close to $200 in 2 weeks spent here and not once have we received our complete order, but each time has become a progressively worse experience.
I did a mobile order online. I waited 30min before I headed in that direction because I know things take time. I was prepared to wait in line and did(I had a sleeping baby other than that I would've went inside). After getting to the pick up window I waited 8min eventually the fellow asked me to pull up and wait. There i waited 17min. He brings my food and items are missing. So I got out to let them know NICELY and these sapsuckers acted like I was the problem and that's when it became a problem. I still responded in kindness but y'all ....If you are the one making mistakes that are inconveniencing me.... shouldn't I be the one angry? If I am not angry and I am very understanding you should respond as such. I have hella patience but foolishness runs me thin every time. Smh I clearly said no ice in my drink but I realized they were busy while I was in my 8 min wait, so whatever I'll just take them out myself. No need to inconvenience them. There were zero fries in the fry holder... looks like they were dumped in the bag. As much as I bought it would have been nothing to wedge that fry holder between the food in the bag so that they do not fall out. Bro just show some courtesy of some kind. "My mistake let me get that for you it's a little...
Read moreI used to always eat here but it’s slowly got worse and worse. The staff were very rude from the start today. I asked why I couldn’t mobile order. They said it was an app error but it clearly isn’t because google says they’re closed today too! But they’re open! Then they proceed to get my order wrong on multiple points I ordered a number 3 (chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon) and they just gave me a chicken sandwich after I paid for the bacon and cheese. I asked for mac and cheese and they rung me up for mashed potatoes. The lady at the window was very rude and when she spoke spit flew into my face. They didn’t give my wife her blackened ranch and when she went inside they ignored her for ten minutes and were rude every time she asked. I pulled up to wait for her when a man asked me to go park my car cause I was blocking the lane. I apologized and moved forward so they could pass to which he then called me ignorant and STUPID despite me being considerate and apologizing. I will not eat here again. It’s disgusting to be treated this way.
Edit: Sandwich was over cooked and disgusting. Threw it away. 20 dollars and thirty minutes of my...
