Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbia

I was really disappointed with my visit. The guy working in the drive thru was very impatient and actually told me what to order. I asked him to hold because he's not listening to what I was ordering and he says something smart back. So when I get to the window and he FINALLY comes to the window, I asked what did he say. He then says, he was talking to another employee. Anyway, onto the next thing. They give me our food but, my order was wrong. I told the guy that they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a double stack. He then tells me to pull up because they were going to make me another one. Ten minutes later an employee comes out and ask what was I waiting on? So you tell me this whole time, nobody knew what they were doing or what I was waiting for? I told her I got an cheeseburger instead of a double stack. She then questions me and asks, are you sure because I made all of the burgers for your order? So I pull the burger out and showed her. She walks off without saying anything and goes back inside. She comes back out with a container that the cheese fries comes in and it has a single patty in it. She didn't even think to make another burger. I know you're probably like, why did I give 4 stars if all of this happened right? Well, this is why. So I called the restaurant because you cannot go in and asked to speak to the manager. I asked could she please come out and she said yes. She comes out and I explained to her what happened and she asked do want me to personally make you another burger? She asked would that be ok. I said if that's what you want to do, that's fine. I also told her that my food had gotten cold and she said, I'll get you another burger, fries and nuggets. I said well, that's fine too. She comes back out, gives me a bag and said, y'all come back to see us, if not, me, come see me. I said I appreciate her and her service. I opened the bag and she had replaced my burger and gave us each another order of nuggets and fries, all hot too. She didn't give her name but, she is the bomb. Wasn't expecting...

I went through the drive thru..... big mistake. The line was moving slow and it was lunchtime. The girl taking the order was not courteous and it was difficult to understand what she was saying. Finally get to the window and she comes and just tells me what the amount is due. I give her a twenty and wait for change. Well, I'm waiting for my change but she doesn't give it back to me like is supposed to be done. Finally, my order is ready and she proceeds to pass me my change and order together followed by my drink. I knew how much I had bought and I felt something was going on, so before pulling away, I put my bag and drink down and start to count my change. You should of seen her expression! And yes I was short exactly two dollar's! I immediately said to her that you shorted me and then with a huff and show of disgust she hands me two dollars that just happened to be in one of her hand's! I knew I had just caught her trying to steal my money! I couldn't go in to report it because I was now late picking up my elderly friend from the doctors office. I was thinking later that this employee has to be doing this to other customers on the drive thru and not getting caught. She's bringing in a good haul everytime she works drive thru. And on top of this attempted thievery, my food was cold and my burger was squashed and had a palm print on the bun. This has made me to avoid drive thrus and to always count my change...

I ordered a #1 combo with a coke and a large Mango drink. When I got to the window the girl asked if I wanted everything on the 🍔. I said, "Yes". She then told me it was 10 dollars and some cents which I gave her. She then handed me the Mango drink. Few minutes later she handed me a bag. When I didn't move she opened the window at which time I told her I was waiting in the Coke. The girl then told me it was another $2.16. I told her that the Coke came with the combo. She said, "Well I didn't ring it up like that." So I gave her $3 and she gave me 11 cents back. I then asked for the rest of my change and she told me "Oh. I upgraded it." I then said, "I had a very simple order don't know why it got so complicated" she said (with lots of attitude) "Heres your drink. Do you want it or not?"I asked to speak to a Manager. She informed me " You're speaking to her" Take your drink and go! Then she tried to crawl thru the window at me. Another employee came from behind her and said she was the Manager in the meantime the girl came out the side door and stood there for me to drive by. I was almost attacked because the girl screwed up ringing my order and doesn't know how to count back change. Not to mention very rude when I asked for what I paid for. Good thing I didn't have to shoot someone dumb enough to attack me over a Coke. Never will return to the...
