I would only give 1/2 star if I could, I got the pecan chicken salad sandwich, it is supposed to have chicken apples grapes pecans celery. Well mine have chicken celery and 2 grapes no apples no pecans. The toast was burnt. The people that worked there did not greet you they did not ask can I help you. I had ordered two pecan chicken salad, 2 beef and cheddars one of the chocolate chip caramel cookies in one of the onion rings. When my order was ready they called my name. I walked up to the counter and my order it to go. I looked in the bag and I had 2 pecan chicken salad sandwiches in one onion ring. The woman was still holding the two beef and Cheddar's in her hand. My husband and I dined tonight. My husband said his garlic ribeye steak sandwich was the worst $10.89 meal he has ever tasted. He was very disappointed. His sandwich looked pitiful. No galic aioli sauce to be found. Couldn't decipher it between ribeye or roast beef however, they did slap some cheese on it. Cheese sticks and poppers were cold, golden black fries were over cooked. Used a 7.99 coupon on a brisket meal and it charged us 8.69 somehow for a small combo. Usually this Arby's does really good when we eat here but we usually visit during the day. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two French dip combos. The sandwiches are good but would have been better if they had put the containers of au jus sauce in with it, gotten my jamoca shake correct instead of giving me a chocolate milkshake and passing it as a jamoca shake, and if they would bring the potato cakes back that would be great because the fries are not. The service, however, Even though they seem shorthanded or very courteous and friendly. My suggestion to corporate.... take surveys of your customer base before you change a staple on the menu and supply your stores with all the ingredients needed for the meals that's on the menu.
