Arby's — Restaurant in Columbus

First I want to say that Arbys has been my fav fast food place for many years. All the wonderful options not found elsewhere. So we stopped at this Arbys excited to try the new Wagyu Beef burgers. My 2nd huge disappointment at an Arbys ever. 1st being when they stopped serving onion rings and added a 2nd french fry instead. Frys are everywhere right. Anyways, the 2nd was this new Wagyu beef. It had 0 flavor. Zero! It was mush. The only flavor on this sandwich was the wonderful thousand islandish sauce. The meat alone was bad. It also left a greasy film on our pallets. Like you get on your hands when making hamburger pattys, yea that. Patty size was great but the cook on it was rare instead of medium well. New and cooks are learning, I get it. Also, $14.95 for 2 of these sammys and 1 large fry with no drinks was too much. Another issue was when we went to the patio to eat it was not set up. We had to push up our own umbrella. It was beautiful out yesterday too so Im confused. Now get this, they locked us out! We heard the click but were about to dive into our burgers so just ignored the sound. Disappointed and done, not able to finish bc it wasnt good, we go to enter and leave through the lobby. Locked!!! They seen us but just looked away smh. So we walked around and got to the car. I still love you Arbys, truly. But will never enter the doors to this store again. Arbys had the best of everything prior to this sandwich so no need to ad a burger. My wife and I love this Arbys been going here for years and is our favorite Arbys. We live in Worthington and come to this location on N High St near Graceland. I want to apologize for the quality of the images. My iPhone totally tricked me when I took the photos they looked great but I didn’t check them in photos before eating when I went to review I saw some were blurred out. I ordered the the smokehouse brisket, it’s one of my favorite but I like most of Arby’s combos. They made it perfect! Also ordered a beef N cheddar classic for my wife, she gets the sauces on the side, and you can see they actually listened! We ordered a large curly fry which were awesome, and we both love Arby’s mozzarella sticks they are the BEST. Everything ordered was as good as could be. No long wait in the drive thru line, even got given a free bottle of water at the window. Price was even low, all food costed $20.94 which is good for what we got. I recommend this Arby’s above others if you can make it here. Not too many fast food chains in the area are as good as this location is, not a fan of the area but the Arby’s is worth...

The WORST place in Clintonville... They messed up my order and the lady on the phone said she was the manager, later found out she wasn't... She tells me on the phone that I didn't need what I was missing and I should just eat it. The lady was super nasty and rude on the phone... So when I returned to the store, the same lady was flipping me off and lipping cuss words to me behind the real managers back. I called the corporate office, asking for the district manager to call me...... 10 days later no call. They always screw up the orders, and if you have a problem, dont expect the managers to help help you out. This place has gone really down hill the past year. The place looks like they haven't cleaned the back area in months, and I even saw 1 employee go to the bathroom and never washed his hands. STAY AWAY from...
