This Target location is accessible to individuals who require accommodations. There are a number of accessible parking spots at the front of the parking lot. The front of the building lines up with the sidewalk, so there is no step up or down. The doors are automatic and the aisles of the store are wide. In specific clothing sections, the racks might be close together on certain sides, which could be a complication for wheelchair, walker, or scooter users. For those who have difficulty reaching items that are higher up, there may be some issues as some items are placed on higher shelves in the aisles. I counted at least 10 employees who readily answered questions and would be able to offer assistance during the shopping experience. There was one bathroom stall that was large and had hand rails, but the others were small. There were also signs outside the restrooms with brailIe. I did not observe access to any adult changing tables, but I was unable to enter the family restroom during my visit. The service desk is immediately to the left as you walk in the door, so it is readily accessible for individuals who have questions or concerns regarding accommodations. Target was not crowded when I visited, but the various items and sound might pose an issue for sensory processing disorder as it is a retail store. I would recommend bringing headphones for sound sensitivities. I noticed that while the parking lot was accessible, the bus stop closest to this location was not in relation to the Target store. The sidewalk is not paved well and the stop sits right on the edge of a busy street. There are not sidewalks leading directly to the front doors, so you do need to go through the parking lot to get to the store. Overall, I think Target has done a good job at providing accommodations and being accessible to individuals with and without...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in about 25 minutes before closing I ended up selecting 2 cell phones for what I thought was the same exact cell phone that was on sale the gentleman that worked electronics was amazing it wasn't his fault that they were stacked improperly behind the locked case he grabbed 2 I went up to the front with him because he couldn't get them to ring up properly the man that took over appeared to be the manager was a little bit dismissive to the man who worked in electronics he was in such a rush to try to get everybody out of there he scanned my 2 items I left the store not as much as I thank you or have a good night just to notice that they were 2 different prices. So when I went back in now 7 min before close the customer service person informed me that it was 2 different phones again no fault to the guy that was it back working electronics. Needless to say because I was so rushed by the gentleman checking me out he just pushed it through as credit even though i put my pin number in he ran it as credit anyways so I was not able to get my cash that they just took away from me back they wanted to give it back to me on my card or give it back on it instore credit. My problem is that there's no need to be so rude when you're rushing people out of your store when you still have nearly 15 minutes before closing. Or so I say lack of common courtesy to rush people through to wear you select then it's gonna be credit. They locked up the doors and didn't even bother to take in most...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this target but this review is for a cashier called "lue" she was very rude to the customer who she was ringing our in front of me. And when I asked her if something was buy 3 free get a first aid kit bag free. She got a attitude and told me that the screen would tell me and to take my receipt to customer service because it " wasn't her job to check" and I told her it was because she was the cashier and she did not care and proceeded to make me put my card in. I asked her to check if it took it off she told me to look at thw screen and then handed me my receipt and told me to customer service. Overall really bad experience I hope manegement talks to her. She should not be a cashier if she doesn't wanna help ring people out! Also she didn't ring 2 of my things and i came back inside and asked her if i left anything behind she said no and then i went back outside and I saw the customer that was behind me if she saw a book she said "yes and two gummies" so I told her that I had just gone back inside to ask the cashier Lue if I had left anything inside and that she had said no. She told me that the cashier could do way better and not have a attitude. So I went back inside and asked her again and this gime she said yes so i grabbed it and went to self check out. Horrible customer experience and not just for me bur she was also giving the customer infront of me a hard time because he had asked if she could restart the transaction. Manegement please talk...
