This was my first time at a longhorn and will definitely be my last time I arrived with 2 of my friends we sat down at 12:30 I ordered the grilled corn to start it took 20 minutes to come out the corn was good but it has sour cream on it instead of the mayonnaise that it shout have for Street corn so I told them to take it back and bring it to me with the mayo and extra seasoning that took another 20 minutes so my main dish was the chicken and strawberry almonds salad full size 20 minutes later it came out half sized and without chicken so I told the waitress Tiffany to just bring me a chicken Cesar salad full size 20 minutes later I received a half sized salad at this point I was ready to go I asked for Togo containers that took 10 more minutes mind u it's also freezing in the restaurant so I take my bill up to the bar and my friends took there bill up too but they had cash and we found out that at the bar they only accept the card and so I said I would pay for mine and my friends they said that I had to wait for them to combine the bills so that I could pay with my card that was another 10 minutes paid for the bill and I still left a 10$ cash tip because I felt bad that our service was horrible and the food wasn't all that great and that they looked shirt staffed but I will never be back the waitress was able to discount the bill 10% and she took off my friend's burgers which was dry and over cooked but I believe all of our meals should have been free who waits 2 hours plus to eat when I only ordered a salad that they didn't get right and roasted corn on the cob? What a Saturday I won't ever forget

My Fiance and I decided to stop in last weekend to try out Longhorn since they opened a new location in Clintonville. Our server was fantastic and made sure we were taking care of, but the manager on the other hand, made us feel like we weren't exactly welcome when I brought up the issue that my steak was basically raw. I ordered a t-bone steak at medium rare, and my opinion, this steak came out closer to blue/raw territory for me. I usually get medium rare to make sure if it's cooked slightly over or under then it's alright with me. When I brought this up with the manager who approached us, I was cross examined and told that my steak was medium rare. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service aspect, but wasn't trying to make a big deal of anything, I just figured a good manager would've immediately tried to resolve the situation rather than accuse me of ordering incorrectly. Back to our server, she did a wonderful job of making sure we were taken care of. She ensured that we did not pay for a raw steak and was the best part of our visit. Sadly, this was a terrible first impression for any steakhouse, and we won't be coming back to this location. Edit: No response to any user reviews made me change this to a 1 star review.

Longhorn is definitely my families favorite place to eat, but I will say having two disappointing trips back to back really irritated the soul.. it was my son‘s birthday and this is where he wanted to go so on Thursday we go to the Grove city location. Everything that we ordered was cold except for his mac & cheese he absolutely loved it, but his cheeseburger that was supposed to come out plain, came out with bacon and all the fixings on it so had to take all that off and, my spinach dip didn’t even have melted cheese on top .. Super disappointing because this is my absolute favorite thing to eat. We brushed it off because Like I said it was his birthday. We didn’t want to make a bad evening..next night We go with the whole family to the Clintonville location. We hadn’t a bad experience since just recently.. We sat at two different tables because they couldn’t accommodate 6 people since they were so busy which is fine. My son sat with his friends, and I sat with my boyfriend and daughter. Server was great, my Tables food came out just “ok”. My son’s tables food was a little disappointing. His friend ordered a $30 steak, medium rare with french fries and the mac & cheese.. I tried not to bother them because like I said his birthday thing with his friends , mom doesn’t wanna embarrass him. You know how that goes… When it’s time to leave, I noticed there still almost full $30 steak sitting on the table with almost the entire thing of mac & cheese. I got a little frustrated… He said I ordered medium Rare But it came out drier than beef jerky And the mac & cheese Was cold.. I’m like why didn’t you say anything when this happened! Typical teenager didn’t want to complain, but I will say pretty frustrating to have two bad experiences one after the other, especially this being our favorite restaurant! I'm still in shock by the BIZARRE UNACCEPTABLE experience. Dangerous dining gas experience.YEA!!! Citizen app just said it was CARBON MONOXIDE even worse👀. No accommodations the lack of concern EMPATHY and after effects kinda ruined a wonderful meal. HOURS LATER I STILL FEEL TERRIBLE... DANGEROUSLY INCONSIDERATE. WHAT THE ACTUAL? CLEARLY lack of Management...MANAGER kind of was smiling about the whole situation.. knowing it was CARBON MONOXIDE. HOLY cow SERIOUSLY could be seriously effected WOW LIKE DEAD.... didn't even offer to do anything. Or open doors. Barely moved. Just said we needed to go and was lackadaisive about EVERYTHING check's boxes etc. Maybe we all were in TOO MANY FUMES for too long.

From the second I sat down I smelled gas. I should said something but tonight wasn't about me and I didn't want to make a scene. An hour later I'm slight bubbly head terribly disoriented sickly nauseous. UNBELIEVABLE... The server was very sweet MADE OUR NIGHT:⁠-⁠)

This is close to our home and convenient. First time here. Huge inconvenience and COULD BEEN OUR LIFE SILENT KILLER. Everybody took this lightly laughed it off. Paid 75$ to poisin ourselves...no thanks.

We were there celebrating something VERY special. We weren't asked. We CHOOSE this restaurant to Honor my roommates one year of his sister's passing. So that was a bizarre way to end this evening. Had it not been for great service from...
