Went to drive thru on July 1st, took 8 minutes to get to window after order, 2 cars in front of me, paid for my food, lady didn’t give me change or receipt, waited 21 more minutes, 2 cars behind me done left, as I was waiting , manager was sitting down in back and the drive thru guy met someone in parking lot talking for 10 minutes, finally lady comes and I ask her where my food is, she said they’re cooking it, I asked for a manager and a lady comes I tell her my problem, she finds a bag of food sitting there that was partially mine, she says she’s gonna give me s refund, and my food, it was 96 outside, I had 2 dogs in the car, worse experience ever at a fast food, will never eat there again, horrible customer service and management, went there the Sunday before and they were closed at dinner time, no sign no nothing, BEWARE, took owners advice below and reached out to customer support, no respond what so ever, but should’ve figured since the customer service was so horrible at 25th Street Arby’s, would never recommend them cause customer service is bad at Arby’s...

I watched him take a big drink of it and hand it back through the window because it wasn’t his. She took the straw out and tried to serve it to me who is 6 months pregnant. I politely declined the drink and asked for both to be quickly remade, she said “well I’m not a liar” and screamed “bye” at me while I drove off. Read moreI had a coupon for myself and a co-worker and ordered it. Arrived at window and the coupon had fallen under my seat i could not locate it. The smaller built girl with glasses was not nice about it and I was on lunch and didn't have time to pull forward just to find it. She took it upon herself to offer me the regular price of everything separately which was double. I can't believe that great customer service wasn't given here. I know coupons are not accounted for as I used to be a restaurant manager so I don't understand why a awesome opportunity to win a customer over was passed up here!!!! So sad.
