Bella's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

So I called to order food this is my first time ever ordering from here and I made the mistake of looking on the Internet for the menu. Well, apparently Google has the wrong price is nothing wrong with that when I called and I was reading the prices Im like OK this is what they were telling me that those prices were and as much as I’m trying to deviate the situation every person that answered the phone was very rude disrespectful I was hung up on I was lied on. I don’t even know how good their food is because I didn’t even get a chance to order the food because they were so rude and disrespectful and it was just a bad experience just off trying to order food so if you’re trying to order food down, look at the menu on the Internet get an actual menu because they will be rude to you and they are very unorganized and they are very irate like hostile. You can tell is a hostile environment and I will never order from here and I recommend that people don’t order over the phone the way I was treated over the phone. Let me know how I would’ve been treated inside the restaurant, food would’ve been treated and I don’t want to eat somewhere. I’m not sure respect...

Update 9/14/21: the past two weeks on Friday I have tried calling and stopping by the shop on sullivent and they have been closed. What's up with this? Are they going out of business? Friday is our order out day and dang it we've wanted good subs, but have had to go elsewhere. Can someone please tell me why they are not open on the busiest day for pizza?

Why have I not been here yet? My own ignorance is all I can say. I've been a loyal Grandma's customer for years, but not anymore. This place is amazing!! The pizza is just the perfect combo of tasty sauce, crispy yet chewy crust, and fresh generous toppings. We also ordered a meatball sub and an Italian. OMG, they were extraordinarily amazing. You gotta do yourself a favor and just try it. Oh did I mention all that only cost me $19.25 Yeah, I'm not joking. Crazy as all hell. I felt like I fell through a time rabbit hole today, not only did I escape a tooth extraction only paying $100 (with no insurance) I stumbled upon this local gem. My bank account is very happy, my tummy is even more elated. Thanks Bella's, you just gained an absolute loyal, pizza...

We ordered from Bella's pizza before. We thought they had good food and great prices. Tonight we ordered from them and the service was terrible. When we ordered we was put on hold and then got hung up on. I kept trying to call back, but it went to a voicemail that wasn't yet set up. Finally someone answered, They took our order and said it would be 1 hour and a half. That was ok. When we called back because it was almost 3 hours later, a really bad employee (girl) gave the phone to a guy, who said he was the owner, didn't care that our food was that late getting to us. I explained to him that we have a son with autism and is a diabetic and it was unacceptable that we had been waiting this long for our food. He did NOT care a bit about it, in fact he thought it was funny. Never going to order from this place...
