I have had several orders delivered wrong from Ming's. The last time, I ordered 2 lomein dinners without vegetables, 2 general tso chicken medium hot, and moo goo gaipan no waterchestnuts and I paid an extra $2 to get extra veggies, and we ordered 2 appetizers. The only thing right about the order was the appetizers. Both lomein had veggies, the Tos were both sweet, and not hot at all, and the moogoo had waterchestnuts and none of the extra veggies I paid for. I must add that the woman I spoke to did not speak much English and it took at least 15 minutes to place the order. She kept repeating it wrong over and over again. I called when we got the food, and told the same woman that all of the 5 dinners were wrong. She appologized and offered to send out the order done right. I declined to have everything sent right then, because it was too much food to duplicate on the same night. I asked if I could call during the following week and get it then. She agreed. Well, when I called tonight there was a new employee answering the phone, and her English was perfect. When she spoke to the 1st woman, she denied that she would replace the whole order, and offered only the 2 lomein. This was the SECOND time the general tso was wrong, and she was not going to replace them. Well, they have lost my business. Forever. In order to save some money by NOT fixing their mistakes, they have lost the $80 or so that I used to spend there each time we went. NO MORE MING'S. UPDATE: The manager had the new employee call me 30 minutes later and offered to replace 4 of the 5 dinners. They appoligized and wanted to send the dinners. Read moreI will admit this restaurant has good food but the customer service sucks! My co worker & I placed an order for delivery in November to receive our food an hour and a half later cold & not as ordered I called numerous times to inquire on the delivery to be told she is unable to get a hold of the driver & even had the audacity to ask me to call. I asked if our meal would be comp for the inconvenience or at least the delivery charge waived... I was told I could cancel the order. I thought this to be poor customer service on their part but still paid. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & placed an order today which came to $9.25 which is apparently 75 cents shy of their minimum delivery charge but there was nothing else I could order for 75 cents so why should I be forced to purchase something else I did not need or want for delivery especially when you're charging $2.50 for delivery & I always tip & the fact that you so badly screwed up the last order & it was super duper late you would of thought they would chalk up the 75 cents & need I mention the entire office orders from here on a regular. One day we spent close to $100. And the day I was told she was unable to reach her driver after several attempts her own driver stated she never contacted me not once & even went as far to show me her phone which of coarse confirmed that she never once tried to contact her.
If you are not concerned with your customers in which keeps you in business then why should I continue to patronize your establishment. Your business ethics sucks & dully note if you keep this up you will be out of business before...
Read moreFirst off, the order took two hours. I ordered at 6:19, the food didn't arrive until 8:20. Which would have been fine, but we got less than half of the food we ordered. I had a $49 order, mind you. So we call up and the woman who answered the phone was rude as heck! She kept trying to argue with us. Said she remembers putting the bag up, we got three bags (we only got two). We were understandably upset by this point. After all that arguing, it turns out the driver forgot our bag. So we wait an extra 15 Minutes. Driver arrives, hand us a bag. We open it expecting 1large chicken noodle soup, one chicken fried rice,two sides, eggrolls and crab Rangoon, and an order of 12 Rangoon. Surprise!! The order of 12 Rangoon isn't there. We call and ONCE AGAIN the woman is arguing with us. So here I am at 8:51, writing this review and still waiting on my food. Will not be buying from here again, will not recommend to my friends, and I will be spreading the word about this...
