On Behalf Of The Btj Wings Staff I Would Like To Say No One Waits Long, We Usually Say The Wait Is 5-10 Mins & Most Of The Time It's Barely That Unless The Order Is Something Like Extra Crispy.... Oh And Let's Not Forget How Some Of You Customers Are Very Rude And Nasty . Some People Think Their Waiting Forever But It Seems They Weren't Paying Attention When The Server Told Them Their Ticket Number . Also Our Food Is COOKED TO ORDER !!!! Everything Is Made Fresh It Is Not A Fast Food Restaurant So No It Will Not Be Ready In 30 Secs, So If You're In A Rush Sorry. Half Of The Customers On Reviews Are False Because They Couldn't Get Something For Free But I Mean Hey, There's No Need To Get Angry With The Cashier's Were Just Doing What Our Bosses Told Us ... NO WE DO NOT DELIVER AND NO WE DO NOT TAKE CALL IN'S !!! IDKY THAT NUMBER IS THERE IT'S SOMEONE PRETENDING TO BE US !!!! The food here is absolutely amazing! I've been going ever since they opened a few years back and have always enjoyed the food bc it is delicious every single time and very consistent. My only problem is you will always get horrible service. It was not this. When they first opened there were several nice employees who cares about their customers but now you will find rude employees who do not care about the guests or employees who are self-absorbed so they don't give the guests any attention. Tonight when I went there was one nice employee who was restocking the bags and cleaning tables. She's also the one I went to to fix my order after the cashier messed it up. The cashier not only messed up my order but blamed the cook then yelled at the cook for her mistake. She also charged me the wrong amount and rang in my order wrong to begin with. Needless to say I did not enjoy my experience at this BTJ's but I rarely do except for my food. I will be back however it will be solely for the food not...

I had reviewed this place at 5 stars 9 months ago because I liked their wings and I liked that you could get a decent-enough shrimp fried rice here, too.

However, I received a notification from my bank last night, saying that BTJ Wings attempted to run my card without my permission, and the charge was declined (see attached picture). Note that whoever did it was trying to see if they COULD do it, as they tried to charge just a penny. However, the card was in my possession at my home when this charge was attempted. I believe they have my old card, which my husband had lost a few months ago. When he lost it, he had gone back to BTJ then to see if they had it, they told him they didn't, so my bank issued a new card with the same number but different security code.

I've already emailed my bank for documentation of this attempt/charge so I can file a police report against this business. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES IF...
