Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

The cashier that checked me out seemed like he just started then I ordered 2 loaded burritos that came to a total of $3.22 I gave him $5.25 he gone give me $1.78 change I said you owe me$2.03 he said I gave your change $1.78 I said you owe me $2.03 he opened the register drawer with a attitude like really 👀then I had placed a second oder 2 orders of cinnamon twist he took my money then came back to me and said mam im sorry I'm going to have to give you your money back we don't have any cooked I said could you cook me some he said it's like a 30 minutes process I said I have time i been waiting this long for you to take my order I told him use to work at a tacobell I no how long it takes to prepare cinnamon twist there was ppl complaing one lady was on her lunchbreak had ordered her meal paid for it had a 20 minute lunchbreak she asked for her money back because her lunchbreak was almost over poor performance drive thru was backed up and ppl were still waiting in line. 2 friends and I went here last night. We asked for 10 tacos. They said no. We asked why. They said it was not enough beef. So instead we ordered a chicken quesadilla. After we added no one responded so we waited a sec and pulled on up. We get to the window and asked for a corporate phone number. The kid at the front yells to some one in the back. Hey this man want a corporate number. He gave us 1888tacobell. Then we just asked can we speak. Well jasper comes out. He said he is tired from his other job and he didn't know what was going on. We tried to explain and he overtalked us and told us we need to listen. He started going on and on about us not listening and he has a another job. Nothing about the situation. We ended up just saying ok and leaving because he wasn't listening to us or trying to understand...

Drove all the way home just to go back because my order wasnt right and it was not even a ten dollar order just a coue of dollar menu items and thought it would be fast and easy to fix. Got to the drive through window and the first thing the girl says is “can I get the bag back”. I was shocked! Never have I ever had to give an order back if it was wrong. I even showed them the burritos so they knew I wasnt lieing but the manager came up to the window and said were going to make you a new order and we need the food back and he said he was going to trash them. Me working in customer service before knew that wasnt right so I explained to him that Ive never heard of a manager doing that before and he said thats fine and just slammed the window shut. People do not know how to hire the right managers...
