FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE !!! Our food was out for about 10 minutes with the flies. No one called the order out !! And then another person took our order to their table. I got up to ask about our food the young lady stated she was the only one who spoke English and she was taking care of other customers she had NO Time to call our orders out while the flies feasted upon our order. I didn’t order 10$ of food. I ordered almost $40 of food. I told her the food had to be remade since it stayed out and someone else took it to their table. She got an attitude told me where was my receipt instead of apologizing. Brought her the receipt she took it and crumpled it threw it in the garbage. I told her then I didn’t want the food this service was very bad. She threaten to call the cops. I told her that was not a problem… I did nothing wrong. At this time since I was threaten I wanted a refund. The food the service everything was unsatisfactory. She told me her father was the supervisor. I told her I’d be happy to talk to him. Only then she gave me a refund. Wasted 30 minutes of my life. My baby was falling asleep on me. Instead of just being professional. She made it into a BIG problem. Absolutely horrible service, unsafe food practices and disrespectful cashier. My order was left OPEN on the front counter for upwards of 10 minutes and was never called out. Another patron took the order to his table, realized it wasn’t his and returned it to the front. Upon realizing it was my order I requested it to be remade as the standard for restaurants is to remake food that had been touched by other patrons but the cashier girl was very rude and told me it would not be remade. After asking for a refund they decided they could remake the food. By then I was completely turned off to the idea of eating here and left with the refund. This is my new go-to place. I get the beef teriyaki with steamed rice. The meat is good quality natural beef. It's well seasoned and tender. The mixed veggies are cooked cabbage and broccoli. It's tender, well seasoned, but not too tender. Slight crunch. When I eat here, it doesn't taste like fast food...it tastes like a homemade meal. The entree reminds me of homemade beef n gravy over rice, but with an Asian flair. The serving size is pretty good also. The price of $10 is standard and some places charge more for less.
