After Mr. Larry the regional manager retired the managers nor workers adhere to work ethics, principles, and customer service standard's. This translates over to customer experience. Theres one shift manager that admitted they don't train their managers you just get the title after passing a basic culinary exam for serving safe and watching work education videos at HR you don't get tested on. The other reviews speak for themselves, and hold true. The ideology of what former management has always told their successors is to not make friends with your coworkers for your judgement will be blinded and social engineering always occurs as they climb up the ladder piggy backed off of your trust and friendship you created. There's a reason why military people and sociopaths make the best entrepreneurs, businessman and managers as their results speak for themselves, and they don't get social engineered upon, make friends with people under them and ensure the truth is truthful behind everything and the consistency of truth afterwards. You never yell at a customer, get annoyed with them show it regardless of the case on multiple accounts in short time period as a manager. Customers nor your workers are your punching bag for your emotions basic management ethics lacking. The negative reviews on this place certainly are true coming from a former employee of...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and there were about 5 cars ahead of me, not a problem. Got to the window at 8:40pm to place order. They said there was a 15 minute wait but I could pay now. So I did. Sat in the parking lot until 8:57. Walked to the front door because I thought, no way they expect me to go through the drive thru and get back in line( which again had 4 to 5 cars in it) but that’s exactly what I had to do because the door was locked and the worker in the back was waving me to go back through the drive thru. I’m holding up my receipt but she still waves me on. Uggg ok so I get back in line which took about 20 minutes. As each car ahead of me were paying and their pizzas being brought to them I’m sitting in my car waiting to get pizza I ordered in this same drive through over 30 minutes ago. So now I’m getting frustrated…I was here before y’all dang!! Lol..Finally get to the window, show my receipt and the worker closed the window and begin having a conversation with another employee as I waited, AGAIN. I’m writing this review because there needs to be a better system when pizzas aren’t ready and there’s a wait time, (which isn’t the problem), the problem is when a customer pays and waits but gets “put in the back of the line” basically. I definitely won’t wait next time, take my money somewhere...
Read moreI resent going to this Lttle Caesars. The only time I go is when I am out numbered by vote for choice of food. The number one reason I resent going to this location is due to the employees they hire. Most of the employees hired have no idea what customer service is or how to even try giving good customer service. I walked in one day to over hear the employees in the back discussing how bad they hated caucasian people. The manager who was at the counter walked back to advise the employee that there were caucasian people inside the store. The employees replied that they didnt care . They proceeded to advise the manager that atleast the customers knew how they felt. The manager came back to the counter and apologized for what the other employees had said but the damage was done and we simply asked for our money back and left. That was one year ago. However, today I walked in to this location and was met by a sweet a thoughtful employee named Barbara! She gave my husband and I amazing customer service and I was overjoyed! Even a bit shocked but very happy! I hope that the attitude of the company and the employees have changed so we feel comfortable coming back in and...
