I visited Buffalo Wild Wings recently for the BOGO boneless promotion and was met with a highly disappointing experience. While waiting to be seated, I couldn't help but notice a significant commotion coming from the back of the restaurant. It sounded as though the employees were engaged in some sort of dispute, creating an uncomfortable environment for customers. Just as I was considering addressing the situation with a manager, a woman who I assume was the manager came out to greet us. What shocked me was her apparent disregard for the disruptive commotion that had just occurred. It's truly outrageous that she didn't take immediate action to address the issue. What was most concerning was the fact that my children were exposed to inappropriate language being shouted at the top of the employees' lungs. As a family-oriented establishment, this kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable. The lack of consideration for the patrons, combined with the overall careless management and work ethic, is simply despicable. While I didn't catch the manager's name, I can describe her as a short woman with glasses and a distinctive white streak in her hair. To whoever you are, your performance is severely lacking. It's your responsibility to maintain control over your employees and create a respectful atmosphere for customers. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to take immediate action to rectify these issues. Hiring better managers and ensuring a higher level of professionalism among staff members is crucial. If a similar incident occurs again in the future, I will not hesitate to take further measures, including filing a formal complaint. I sincerely hope that Buffalo Wild Wings recognizes the gravity of this situation and works to improve the overall experience for its customers. Families should be able to enjoy a meal without being subjected to such...
Read moreMaybe it’s just me, maybe I have bad luck at this place or maybe I just expect more then what they can deliver. I used to go to this bw’s weekly. I used to love bws. Let’s skip all of the times I’ve been burned by this location in the past and let’s just talk about tonight. I found the only parking spot available, thinking they were busy, half of the seats are empty. I seat myself as there’s no one watching the door. I’m greeted at my seat and I order a beer and food. Drink a tall Budweiser draft and finally ask my server if she can check on my salad. She politely goes back and comes out with my full meal. Salad, boneless wings, and buffalo chips. Whatever happened to bringing a salad before the meal(not the first time at this place) she noticed before I did that the boneless wings had hardly been sauced and offered to have them reshaken in sauce. Took them no time at all to do what they should have done in the first place.(properly shake/cover the boneless wings in sauce!) so I’m eating my salad as the rest of my food is getting cold and I take a bit of one of my buffalo chips. It was super hot and I was happy that something seemed fresh. Try a wing and it’s so hard it hurts my teeth. It’s cold and mostly breading. I try a second and same result. If I wanted bread I’d go to a bakery. This is a chicken bar serve me chicken. You’d think you’d get hot fresh food when you can barely find a parking spot! Not at Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve gotten hotter fresher wings from a pizza shop delivered to my front door! If you’ve read all this just understand this isn’t the first time this place has burned me, this isn’t the first time I’ve been upset about my food. This is the last time I come here for there are many other better alternatives that don’t mess this...
Read morePlaced an order online, and my order went through as BONE-IN TRADITIONAL wings. However, when I went to pick up the food, I received all my wings as bone-LESS. Of course, I did not realize this until I had already gotten all the way home. I immediately called the restaurant and was argued with by a snotty kid who proceeded to tell me that on THEIR end, the order went through as boneless, so I would have to pay for an entirely separate order (ORDER AND PAY AGAIN) for the food I wanted instead. I argued that my emailed receipt said TRADITIONAL wings, and I wanted to come back to the restaurant with my un-eaten food and get the correct order. I was then put on with a manager, Josh, who was very kind and told me he could fulfill my request, no problem. I drove all the way back to the store to get the correct food this time, only to make it all the way back home and realize the traditional wings I had been given were old, dry and barely had any meat on them much less any flavor. I can’t say if that was intentional or not, but he had even offered to replace our fries (which were also old, cold and soggy), so I really just believe I was given bad food which neither myself nor my wife ate. At this point, I have now wasted my time and spent $26 that I will not be getting back. To say I am pissed is an understatement. Thanks, guys.
Update: It is now 5 days later, and although I filled out the form online, as requested, I still have not been contacted about my unpleasant experience....
