Fiesta Mariachi — Restaurant in Columbus

My family and I have been regulars for years because its our favorite mexican food restaurant and its never very often that we get messed up orders but never have we experienced a waitress that was as rude as our waitress was tonight. Not only was 3 out of the five orders wrong and have to be taken back but the waitress argued with my sister because she brought out a burrito with red sauce that was suppose to be plain for her three year old that was a picky eater. Then after the rest of the table was finished eating the babies food finally came back out which he ate because he was hungry. The waitress didn't check on the table or get the booster that was requested, she had to be flagged down several times to get refills or order extra sides of queso. It was super busy like all friday evenings and to be honest we really like the bartender and store manager so we didn't want to give them a hard time on such a busy night but our waiter tonight needs to work on customer service and customer friendliness. My sister and I are both waitresses and we know everyone has bad nights but never should that be taken out on customers especially by arguing with them about orders that she had clearly got wrong because she had repeated it twice when we had first ordered it because we order 4 #39's one to go, one with chicken, one with no onion and one plain, she wanted to make sure she...

This has always been my families spot to eat for years even before it was moved to this location. Alot of the staff changes but there is still some staff that has been there awhile and know what they are doing. If you get someone else either your order is messed up or your bill. We've had our card given to other customers and received theirs, had our card charged double twice, had someone else check charged to our card but everytime they have fixed those issues no problem. Two weeks ago we went in and I paid 10.00 cash for our new servers tip reg bill I paid with my card. My bill was 52.00 few days later it post to my bank as 67.00 I figured ok manager needs to know that new guy added his own extra tip. I called gave all my info got a text back from manager asking few more questions and nothing since. I have followed up asking for a response and nothing! We won't be back. Completely unprofessional and I know the previous manager would have had this handled by now. That server got me for $25.00 tip. I didnt want to leave a bad review but without a response my once 5 star review...

It was very poor service. We had a party of 8 while food was being served to the table I looked down and I see a roach 🪳on the floor. Then they sing happy birthday to our party then I look back down and there is another roach 🪳. Everyone stands up in our party and then sat back down back … to not run all the other customers out … and when I told the waitress there is a roach on the floor she steps on it takes 2 checks out of the 3 at the table. Checking them out and make them pay after we had roachs at our feet during the dinner. Also let me mention, the employees peaking out the kitchen laughing about it. Manager waived 1/3 of our checks stating that they have the side door open. And that’s why it happened . So if you enjoy roach infested chips and the risk of taking them home with you….
