Eat Greek Express — Restaurant in Columbus

Edit: I went back and ordered the same exact thing. Once I got home and opened the bag I discovered that they had not given me what I ordered. They gave me a gyro and a small side salad. It was still very good, but I will think twice about returning if they cannot get a simple order right. It wasn't busy at all so it's not like there was any serious rush that would make this mistake acceptable. First impressions are everything. Kinda sad they got my order wrong and didn't give me my sauce on my first two visits.

Very good food! I got the gyro salad and it came with a generous amount of meat - more than I was expecting! I got it to go and it was still fresh when I got home. I've had salads from other restaurants get soggy within 10-15 minutes, but this was not soggy at all. The vegetables were very crisp and crunchy! Pita is also included, but it is only half. I was expecting a whole one, but that's okay with me. The menu states that sauce is included, but I did not receive any. I will be sure to ask for some next time. I will definitely be back. Used to love this place, but the quality and service have seriously declined. The Galloway location no longer takes pride in their food or taken care of customers . Orders are constantly wrong—even when I pay extra for customizations, like extra tomatoes and cucumbers, I don’t get them. Sometimes they're diced sometimes not ,there's no consistency in how the dishes are made. Chicken over cooked with virtually no vegetables. Barely any hummus,and none of the pita bread that normally comes with the dish , last time I had pickles all over it and they tried to argue with me that that's how they always do it when I've ordered this for years and never had pickles on it.. it's way too expensive for this kind of inconsistency. This is a great place to eat, especially if you like greek food. It's easy to miss this gem even if you live in the area because it's in the smaller plaza, behind the the larger plaza with Lowes and Kroger. The food here is always fresh and made with care. I love their greek salad with chicken. The chicken is seasoned nicely and has a great flavor that complements the rest of the salad. My wife really likes the gyros and the tzatziki sauce. They have a lot of dishes, including sandwiches, which I haven't tried yet because that salad is so good. They also have a variety of deserts and baklava available. The baklava is available in both a full and half size (mini). I've had both the chocolate and the walnut and both are good.
