Over the past decade, I’ve had my fair share of visits to this Burger King, and I have to say, the transformation has been incredible. In the beginning, I wasn’t too impressed, but everything changed over the last three years. The food quality has skyrocketed, and I can truly say it’s some of the best I’ve had from any fast-food chain. What really stands out, though, is the remarkable improvement in the staff. They’ve become incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, always ready to offer a suggestion or answer a question with a smile.

One of the things I appreciate most about this location is its impeccable cleanliness. It's clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which makes every visit pleasant and worry-free. Whether you're dining in or taking out, you can expect a consistently clean and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, their service is impressively efficient. Even with large orders, I rarely have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes, which is a huge plus in today’s fast-paced world.

The drive-thru experience here is also top-notch. The staff members are always amazing, greeting you with genuine warmth and ensuring your order is perfect. I used 2 gift cards for my order and had $8.44 left on one of my cards and the cashier gave me the empty card back instead of the one with the money on it I later found out about it and I seen the general manager about it and she made it sound like it was my fault for wanting only the card with money on it back when it was clearly the cashier's mistake for not giving me the right card. I even have the receipts to provide the details of what happened and the general manager still blamed me for the mistake and said she was done with me and walked away. It's not the amount of money that I'm upset about, it's the way the general manager pushed her employees mistake on me and refused to make good for it when she had seen the proof of the details. It just shows her lack of integrity and dishonesty. Some people think that it's such a small amount of money, but when you consider people that are homeless and eat there ,can they afford to lose even such a small amount, in many cases it's all they have. I believe it is shameful that Berger King has someone like that to represent their name in that manner. If I could rate this facility any less I would. I wouldn't go...

My baby boy had his second birthday party this past Saturday, September 21 at the Victory Drive location and the staff was absolutely amazing the manager Julie was extremely helpful from the time I booked until the time we got there the man S at the register that took the orders was extremely helpful. He was very patient our party host. Shakira was phenomenal. She took care of us I mean very good care of us, all questions were answered. She made sure she put our ice cream in the freezer. She made sure we had sauces for the kids food. All the food was fresh. She helped with cleanup. She was extremely remarkable. The whole day was phenomenal.
