Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

Hi! Before I begin, this is a DRIVE - THRU EXPERIENCE BASED REVIEW. Now that that's out of the way, I'll get to the main stuff.

As far as food goes, I haven't been disappointed. For burgers, the Bacon King, Bacon Cheeseburger, and Jr Whoppers are all decent, everything has been warm, and the veggies (tomatoes, lettuce, etc) all have been perfectly cold. It's not too greasy, and everything's been cooked all the way though.

In terms of chicken, I've had the Chicken Fries and Nuggets, and to be honest, I'd reccomend the nuggets more. They're usually much more fresh, and tend to give you more bang for your bawk.

The sauces I've had are BBQ, Ranch, and Zesty, all of which satisfied. The BBQ is similar to that of some you'd buy at the store, the Ranch is akin to Sonic's, but with more flavor. The Zesty sauce is a horseradish-esque sauce with a bit of tang, and is definitely worth a shot.

All the workers I've experienced have given me excellent curbside / window service, no complaints.

If you're finickey about the prices, there's always specials available on the Burger King app.

My only complaint is the location of the establishment, and circling around after ordering sends you accross the road and back.

Very great spot to nab a bite at in Columbus, cheap and reliable. I'd reccomend coming about 2 P.M. for the best...

It took 7 minutes to take my order in the drive through. Of course the Shake Machine was not available. Ordered a #1 Combo, asked for Onion Rings vs Fries and a Vanilla Shake. I asked for ketchup, the gentleman said we don't have ketchup. I asked to get some from the prep line, and he brings some in an open plastic top of some type of cup. I wanted to use Apple or Google Pay, and the gentleman didn't know how to do it and stated "we must don't take that". Took forever to get our food.

While we waited at the window for our food, the car waiting and parked ahead of us had food to come up, and the gentleman took him his food, came back in, didn't wash his hands and started bagging my order. Mind you, he's taking payments and handling food. We all know how Nasty Currency is.

Got to the Hotel and my burger only had meat, cheese ketchup and bread; missing Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Mayonnaise. The only plus out the whole experience was the food was fresh, just...

They were out of so much. I finally placed my order after being told they had no buns for the original chicken sandwich (#12 - chicken tenders meal per drive thru menu). Got to the first window, paid then got to the 2nd window & the guy asks if my order was a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon & cheese. I said no & showed him my receipt where i paid. He said oh well we dont have chicken tenders they are out then said they dont have the tenders on our inside menu anymore. 🤷 what?! He said she (meaning 1st window) should have told you. They were all rude & i assume complained about me being upset because several people started looking out the window at me. Anyway. I am on a limited lunch break so I had to take the loss and take the meal i had. The sandwich i did get was loaded with brown lettuce, which i took off to try the sandwich. Once i tasted the sandwich, it tasted very oily. Not a good taste at all. I was very unhappy with the service & food at this...
