I really love Juva and order frequent when I’m in town. However, today there was a gentleman who became annoyed with one small mistake. I normally get a king kale but mistakenly said kale Yeah with vanilla. The guy appeared to be annoyed and stated there’s no sunflower butter. Fine, No problem at all. This happens often . I proceeded with informing him I would like the strawberry banana one and he said ok which one we have several like that (in a annoyed tone) I said ok and he just stared and we asked him to give us a moment. Doesn't smile, say anything but how much it is...and mostly, does not say thank you, come again, or even have a nice day! No smile whatsoever. Seems she has an attitude problem.
