I pulled up in the drive thru and was placing a order. I had coupons so as I was placing order I was letting her know I had coupons. I placed an order for (2) Ten piece chicken nuggets and then i proceded with 2 whoppers. All of which i had coupons for. The lady taking my order was very snotty and asked me in a rude tone "What did you want!!!!" I then said I have a coupon for buy 1 whopper get 1 free. I repeated myself. She then said "I know what you want!!!!" I said you don't have to have an attitude.And she then said my manager told you to leave. I said excuse me. Then she said that again. I pulled around to talk to manager. And she opened the window and said "Leave my drive thru". I said why. She said "Because". I said "I want names and phone numbers and your manager name" and she said "NO". Then I started to record and she threaten to call the cops if I didn't leave.
I'm sorry but this is the worst customer service ever. Not only did the person taking my order get smart with me and was EXTREMELY rude. But then the manager whom is suppose to be coaching and leading as example showed off basically.

Read moreHonestly this was the worst restaurant I have ever eat at the service was horrible the food was cold and old I asked to talk to the manager she was extremely no help whatsoever I asked for the district manager's name she said they was privately owned I asked for his name got no results simply jewels what kind of name is this obviously he knows about his restaurant and don't want nobody able to contact him about the issues at this location it was ridiculous anybody with an upright and respectable business would be more than gladly to give you their name in full with a contact number to report any issues that he has with his restaurant so he may correct these problems and make his business at better run business where I come from business is money and if your business is no good then you deserve no money honestly I do believe they should just shut this restaurant down just that location other Burger King's I Have eating it was great it's just this location that has serious issues that need to be dealt with but obviously since it's a single owner he could care less he'll Serbia whatever and give you excuse after excuse when it's time to get your money back or get your order replaced or fixed and his model I guess is don't bother me I just own the place so anybody reading this enter this facility at your own risk and eat at your own risk and don't say you wasn't warned cuz this is the only warning you will receive about this...
Read moreSo I’ve worked at Burger King before my store got shut down. I know how long it takes to drop fresh food. I went through he drive thru on west broad and asked for my entire order to be fresh which we were willing to wait for but not even a minute of being at the window they handed us all of our food then we asked them if we can get fresh fries because the ones they handed to us tasted stale and then 30 secs later they are handing us more fries that was just dunked back into the deep fryer. Then I went back around to the speaker and let them know and the lady said do you want anything like she didn’t just here me tell her that my fries were not fresh then gonna argue with me about if my food was fresh or not. I’m very upset. I will not be going back to this store . That is truly ridiculous for a manager and the employees to act like that.
