Taco Bell is one of my fav fast food places. I was excited to have one less than a mile from my new house. Fast forward a year and a half later and I have finally given up and will not be spending money there anymore. The location by my house is TERRIBLE. in the last year and a half I have never gotten my food faster than 15 min in the drive threw. Yet I kept giving it another chance. This past Saturday was my last straw. We got right up to the place to order (this rarely happens and I was excited). We order and then don’t move for 20 min. Finally me and another passenger had to use the restroom. When we got inside we saw no one in lobby placing an order but 6 workers inside standing around!!!! My friend used the male restroom and the urinal flooded everywhere on him! He told the workers and they didn’t care. Said that it keeps happening. We went back to the car and it still had not moved in the drive threw line. I gave it another 5 min and we still did not move. Finally we left the line and you guys lost out on a $25 order. Wendy’s got our money and our food out in 5 min. I will not be revisiting this Taco Bell ever again and since the next closet one is 5 miles away I guess Taco Bell will be off my list. Read morePlaced an online order through the app. Was told pickup would be inside at the pickup counter. When arriving at the store we could see inside and nothing there so waited in car. About 10 min later get a text that it's ready. Go to go inside and door is locked. At this time the drive thru line is super long and not moving. Already upset at this point I tried calling the store multiple times to see if someone could just bring it out with no answer. I called atleast 10x or more. After another 30 min in line I finally get up to the speaker where I told them of the situation and the lady says ma'am your order has been ready. Right for 30 min so who would want to pay 60 bucks for cold food? I asked if it could be remade then and she proceeds to tell me yes but I will be waiting another 30 min or more. I was furious so yes I got rude and said then refund me. She then says I need to cancel it in the app. There is NOWHERE in the app to cancel. I tell her this and she then basically says I'm not getting a refund or my money and calls me a bit* I used to like this location ( guess I only went before during the day) but I will never ever step foot near this taco bell again! And the lady who called me a bit* should be lucky I'm a grown...

Problem 1: As a disabled person ordered through Taco Bell App and was told by staff that I would have to come inside, according to GM this is how all mobile orders are being processed at that location. According to Taco Bell policies mobile orders are to be addressed in drive thru window, and as a person with a permanent disability (Amputation) mobility is limited.
Problem 2: Missing items from order.
Problem 3: Unprofessional staff, uncaring and inconvenient for ADA compliancy
problem 4: When calling back the manager was rude, unwilling to give her information, and Hung Up when talking with her.
Problem 5: Unwilling to give RDM or GM information.
Problem 6: Other Taco Bell stores have heard complaints about that store
As a person with disability and as a previous Door Dash / Uber Eats delivery driver I will let everyone know about the pure awesomeness of customer service that was delivered. Way to represent your company, and be a leader of excellence.
