Could management please contact me please, I am here at this dairy queen and I come here every other day with my kids and the lady Madison or something like that , she is so dame rude and she said she is a manager, I sure hope not , I got a Sunday and it literally had barely any peanut butter barely any peanuts on I paid for the peanuts. I walked in and asked him if they could remake it because it literally looked like the worst peanut butter sundae I've ever seen and I've come here so much. She told me that she's the one that made it she wasn't remaking it it looked perfectly fine to her that she was a manager and I told her to keep it. No I was going to be talking to someone tomorrow and she said that she did not care. I was still waiting on my food so when my food did come out I asked her for her name. She gave me her name but then she stood at my car and told me that she wasn't willing to remake it unless I paid extra but I already paid extra for the peanuts and there was like seven peanuts on there and just a tad little bit of peanut butter . now the rest of my food is cold while my wife is went back in to pay for extra peanut butter and peanuts when I already paid extra for it. Could management please get a hold of me. I am very upset after spending almost $25 every other day . But even 25.00 just about tonight . So now as of right now my wife just came out spending more money on this one sundae . Now I don't even want this food , or this ice cream, she was so nasty of a person . I came in the drive thru around 7:55 p.m or shortly after on March 5th 2025
So now today is 3/11/25 and I have spoken with a lady named Kim that says she is the owner but she refuses to make things right , and said go ahead and call dairy Queen go just kick it back to me and that she is not going to do anything about it . This is very crazy and very sad , dairy Queen please do a better job on kicking people to buy your franchise . Read moreThe overall experience wasn’t bad. The staff seemed friendly enough. They did have us pull off to the side even though it was only one car behind us at the time. Not a big deal though. Usually that means they’re making at least some of your food fresh, so we didn’t mind the extra wait time. The lady that brung out our food was pleasant, so we thought everything was fine. We get home and take our food out the bag and was in disbelief. I’ve never seen anything like that. I mean, not with fries at least. I wish I woulda thought to take a picture of all three fries that night because they were all the same. The picture I posted was from the next day because I left my wife’s food in the fridge (she was at work at the time) and she left it as well thinking it was someone else’s leftover fries. That’s how bad it was. It was funny in that moment. We laughed about it. Then I got home and was reminded just how disrespectful that amount of fries was and got irritated all over again. The night before it was late. My son and I had a school event and we just wanted to eat and go to bed. So although we were shocked and upset, we were too tired to dwell on it. Anyways, you all can see the pictures. There’s no way someone accidentally did this. I’m assuming they were short on fries or whatever, but you don’t give someone that small amount when they are paying full price. I’d rather have just gotten one full fry and be told they ran out and saved my money. But to not say ANYTHING and hand me the bag like everything is normal, that’s just plain disrespectful. I will Never go there again. I mean seriously, what is wrong with people these days? To think that is ok to do to a paying customer. And I’m always Super polite. Read moreTook my kids to redeem our free cones I get when I donate blood about a mile away from this location at the St Cecilia Church like I usually do and was told my coupons were no good. At first the lady said it was because I said the wrong size but when I asked to change the size she said it was because they were not stamped on the back with the store location so they could have been just photocopied. All this in front of my kids. So here I am trying to teach my kids about doing good things just so a person can come and set (and change) her own rules about my coupons. I go to this location all the time and even more during the summer but I won't be going there any more. I know losing a customer might not matter to her since she was willing throw the cones away before she gave them to us (I was paying for one and had coupons for two). The issue here is the message she sent, even the tone used when I asked if she could ask a manager because I had used those coupons there before and she told me she IS the manager and that was the end of it. I have worked in the restaurant field as a manager all my life and let me tell you if a new or regular customer brings me two coupons I would never make them feel like a piece of garbage in front of her kids. I could have paid for whatever cones my kids wanted but my point was, we were there to redeem the cones for donating blood. You have the wrong person running that location I tell you that much, horrible customer service, not like two cones were gonna break her regardless even if she wasn't sure about the coupon which I made sure to let her know I had not printed in my basement since she had insinuated my coupons were counterfeit.
