I had a delivery order for a large chicken bacon and ranch pizza with extra cheese, meatball order, and an order of "party twists". On top of the order arriving 20 minutes late, the pizza i recieved was a pepperoni mushroom and ranch pizza instead of what I ordered. Half of the order of "party twists" were over baked. The only thing decent was the meatballs. When I called the store, it took another 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to report the issue.
When the manager got on the phone, I explained the issue and asked that they remake and deliver the order they messed up. The manager replied rather bluntly and RUDELY "I don't have time to remake an order that we messed up. We have too many new orders waiting, I will just refund your order." He then hung up on me after stating that.
I can't eat mushrooms, so now I have to order food from somewhere else and await that delivery.
What the hell kind of customer service and managers do you employ? I have never been treated so rudely by a so called "manager".
I want to know what your company plans to do about the way I was treated.
I understand that mistakes happen, but when they are dealt with like this, you will continue to...
Read moreI placed an order over the phone one night and waited for it for 1 1/2 hours for my order to be delivered. I called several times to check when it would be here and they told me it was on the way and would be there in 5 minutes! I waited for another 15 min and called again just for them to tell me I don’t have an order and that they were now closed. I was charged for the order. I called the following day to get my money back they apologized and said they issued the refund. Waited 10 BUSINESS days to call back after not receiving my money and said that my order had been canceled and they can’t do anything in store and I had to call corporate. So I called corporate and they issued a refund waited ANOTHER 10 BUSINESS DAYS and called again after still not receiving my money and finally issued it again and a few days later I got my money back. INSANE that I had to wait over a month to get my money back for an order that I never received and not mention the management team was so rude to me when I asked for my refund. They did give me credits which I ended up using because free food but after this experience I will not be supporting...
Read moreI was traveling through from Florida to Michigan and decided to order a couple pizzas as there are no Donatos in Michigan anymore. When I got to this location doors were locked as the diningroom was closed. I called and asked if there was an option to get the pizza as I was in a 32' motorhome and would be unable to drive through the drive-thru as motorhome was too high for overhang...they put me on hold and then got disconnected...a moment later a young lady came out and said if I couldnt go through the drive-thru I would have to walk through...that would be next to impossible as it was raining and the lineup at the drive-thru was around the building. I had to cancel my order! You would have thought they could have come out gotten my credit card and brought my pizza out to me...mind you I was in their parking lot already. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION...there had to have been another way to get me the pizza besides standing in the rain at drive-thru. Unfortunate as I miss having this pizza...
