Checkers — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered two Big Buford sandwiches...no mayo or ketchup and a large fry. I get home and one sandwich was drenched in mayo (even though it was special ordered and I waited around ten minutes for it), neither had tomatoes or mustard and the fries were burnt. I tried calling the establishment (ten calls so far), but no one answered and the phone eventually hung up. I took pictures and I have that mess in the fridge. I will be taking it back tomorrow for a refund. The Wynnton Rd location is where I normally frequent, but they were slacking today.

UPDATE: Next day - Just got off of the phone with the manager (although I'm not sure if it really was the manager because she would not identify herself by name after I requested it several times). I was told that they would replace the order, but I could not get a refund because I did not have a receipt, WHICH THEY FAILED TO SUPPLY TO ME ON YESTERDAY!!! I don't want a replacement. I guess that I will instead just eat the cost and just post pics of the disgusting looking food that I received. I WILL NEVER AGAIN FREQUENT THE WYNNTON RD, COLUMBUS...

HOT GARBAGE. I've been waiting for my order for twenty minutes. We were told to roll up to the window instead of placing it at the box, and then we were given one of three items we asked for and told to park in the lot. Well, the one thing have actually gotten so far somehow had items not even on it by default added, and our modifiers were ignored. Several customers have pulled through, recieved their food, and left. Two other cars were asked to pull into the lot as well, and one seems to have left out of impatience.

Every restaurant I've been to on Macon/Wynnton Rd. has been subpar, but this one EASILY takes the cake as worst drive thru experience I've had to deal with since moving to Columbus. Possibly period.

Update: I finally went up to the walk-up window. The other two items hadn't even been started on, and when we finally got them, they too were completely wrong. I struggle to understand why "only cheese and ketchup" is a difficult modifier to process. This isn't the only restaurant on Macon/Wynnton Rd. that never gets that right.

Young light skinned girl at wynnton Rd location in cols ga tried to hand me a drink spilling out all over the top and sides and her hands. I asked her to wipe it off and she took a deep breath as if it was good customer service and said “the devil is busy today! “ PLEASE Stop hiring people who don’t want to do their job correctly please. After I got the drink from her I began to clean it off as it should have been before it left the window, this chick posted her body up in the window as to be intimidating and told the young man behind her who yell something about time “ she said she ain’t moving” which I did not. The owner needs to send more shoppers through their establishments to weed out the bad seeds. She was completely unprofessional the whole process. Keeping employees like her around can mess up a whole shift of staff with her moral conduct. No respect for the owner, the business and definitely the customers.
