I get Ice Cups every single day (except Sunday, of course) because I have a medical condition called Pagophagia where I have to eat ice and I prefer Chick-fil-A ice because of the soft texture. I have been coming here for years getting ice daily and now all of sudden it’s a problem. I get cups instead of bags because once you freeze the ice, it loses its soft texture. It also loses its soft texture when sitting in air too long. So I’ve pretty much got it timed on knowing the best times to get the freshest ice. And very rarely it’s not fresh at one of those times. So I ask for ice from the back and if it’s still not right, which is very rare, I ask for a refund. Well, today, a girl named Alexis Harpel decided to give me problems, knowing I am a loyal customer. She was rude and lied on me by saying that they give me a refund everyday. I’ve only asked for 4 or 5 refunds the entires 3+ years of coming there every single day. Then she told me I cause issues for her business because I need fresh ice. I really spend way too much money on ice and I assure you if it wasn’t for my medical condition, I wouldn’t be getting any ice at all. Sonic is my ice of choice, but Chick-fil-A is closer to my house. So I’ve been coming here ever since gas prices started to rise. Lex Harpel is rude and she will lose business for the company. And some girl named Tristan thought she was being funny the other day by only filling my ice cups 2/3 of the way full. When I asked Kris about it, she took the cups back to Tristan to fill up more and Tristan only filled them up to about 3/4 and proceeded to put dirty lids on my cups off of the table. I literally watched her do it. They’ve never done that before. They’ve always given me fresh lids. And about 2 weeks ago, my grilled chicken on my sandwich was ice cold. That was truly careless. I don’t remember who was working that day. But ever since Ben and Briah (I can’t remember how to spell her name) left, this particular location has had poor service and has been cares less about its customers who pay their salary! Every time I have been to this location (5 times in 5 years) it is very slow but this past time was just unacceptable. My son-in-law & daughter work for a food delivery service & since the dining room is closed the food delivery service orders have to be picked up in the drive-thru. Three different employees in the drive-thru line approached the car & each time were told we had a pick up order for a food delivery service customer. By the time we made it to the window it was 15 minutes past the time it said the order would be ready for pick up. We gave the order info & it still wasn’t ready. They asked us to pull forward & they would bring it to us. At least 5-10 mins goes by & they are giving orders to cars behind us left & right (seriously like 10 cars). Then an employee walks up to the car & says , “what are you waiting on”? My daughter responds, the food delivery service order, then the employee says, “we couldn’t remember why we asked you to pull forward”? Mind you, there were 3 employees at the window when the food delivery service info was given & they were told the condiments needed & drink. Now 5-10 minutes later they forgot. She walks away & believe it or not, another 5-10 minutes & 5-10 cars drives around us. At this point I suggested getting out & asking for a manager. When my daughter walked up and said she wanted to speak to a manager regarding her food delivery service order. They were scrambling saying they gave that order to someone else already, it was a horrible experience.
