When I was pulled up to the drive thru window today at this taco Bell When I went there to drive through Taco Bell window I was paying for my order which was $10.66. I noticed I got a message from when I paid my order it notified me that that money just came off my account that has been ticking and tried to show it to the people at the window they want to insult me and told me I could go to Burger King or somewhere else due to the fact that what they said was an insult size advised him that they can just cancel my order and give me a refund on my money how you been showing them on my phone where the money has been removed from my balanced and I still not have got my refund back from my order. I might not know much about the food service but I know a lot when it comes to customer service and that's not customer service if you ask me and then nobody in little position needs to have that kind of attitude. It was unprofessional. And I am going to make sure I tell everyone and everybody else about how the service is and how I was being treated there as well I am going to be calling headquarters and whoever I can until I see something done about this and they still haven't given me my money back which I think I paid 2 times for the food that I didn't get. I try to check everything is there not mild sauce only one straw when I have 2 drinks. Then come this woman She said "go I have more car behind is something wrong get inside" close the window . Also is not the first time happening that in the morning the same answer but for mature woman. For that reason I make the review several time happen what kind of training is that. I have all my right to check is give me the order right because is not the first time give me wrong my order. Also She dined my paper refund when I bring everything inside. She speak with the other lady and she imitated me I want my refund with faces super unprofessional. Read moreI hate I had to rate this Taco Bell so low because in the past I’ve gotten decent food here. However the last three times I’ve gone after 10pm the food wasn’t fresh and the employees sometimes act like they have something stuck up there a$$. I’m like a mystery shopper I take my surveys when things are great corporate will know when they are the reciprocal they’ll know as well. If you go after hours it’s truly a HIT OR MISS (most likely a miss.) I’m a little floored that the employees would be tarnishing taco bell reputation like this, being that taco bell recently build a bread new Taco Bell a few years ago. This location has several areas of improvement, one night I ordered the Cantina chicken and couldn’t even eat it ended up putting it in the fridge and tossing it in the trash the next day.
