I’m so done with this establishment, I’ve been to the Wynnton building several times, they never have the chocolate Boston cream, the gentleman at the window told us if we wanted chocolate Boston cream then we needed to come early so we make our way the next morning @7:15 no employees so I waited 15 minutes the lady said come back we just got our truck, so we go back around 7:45am ordered a dozen 10 Boston Cream and 2 glazed fruit doughnuts, to be told we can only have 4 because they run out too fast, not a customer’s issue, make more, we was informed we had to pre order them, being the guy the day before knew I wanted 10 Boston Cream and was not informed, you said a dozen who cares if I GET 10 or you get 3 it’s a order non the less. I’m so done with this doughnut establishment I’ll go back to Krispy Kreme I’ve reach out to operating people no one has returned my call text or Facebook issue! Went with a group to for an after-school celebration of our children's teacher. We were told about 30 minutes after arrival we would have to pay a 150$ party fee since we had balloons? This was at 4pm after we had all purchased donuts and drinks and had been told it was fine by the staff as it was definitely not a party, but rather 6 adults letting their kids run around on the play equipment. There weren't gifts, there wasn't cake, there wasn't a birthday kid? Apparently, the manager saw the balloons on the camera and demanded the party fee. Dropped in for a quick donut on Wed. afternoon. A customer in front of me ordered a box and left. As I pulled forward past the first window that is tinted, I could hear someone banging on the window...I could only see the silhouette of someone's arm and I didn't know what they were trying to say, so I pulled up to the cashier's window and no one was there.
