Normally a good place to eat, idk if it's Grub Hub, staff or lack of communication. I placed a order thru Grub Hub. Got every thing in my order except my Shrimp fried Rice. I call, mainly to see if the lack of communication was on Grub Hub side, or theirs. I call and the first thing I say is, hey I'm missing a piece of my order. I give the order # on my receipt, & run down my entire order. With no regard to what I'm saying, I get told, very rudely that Shrimp fried rice was not/ never in my order. That Grub Hub owe me, not them. At that point, I proceed to say, hey do you know the order that I'm talking about? He said yeah. So at this point my Hubby is getting upset bc he thought that buddy was raising his voice at me. Hubby can see my receipt and he can see the items that were delivered. Men exchange words with the lack of respect on Buddy part towards me. The phone hangs up. 2-3 mins later, China Inn calls me back. (shocked bc most companies wouldn't do that! bonus point) He's more worried about Hubby and writing this review than trying to help me figure out how to help me fix or get a clear understanding on my original issue. If my receipt says I ordered it, my Grub Hub receipt that comes with the food, has what I ordered then it shouldn't be a problem. I calmly explain that I have 1 question, I didn't order Shrimp fried rice for $8.50? Buddy says that he only got $20 for the sale of my meal from Grub Hub. My response, I understand that, that is your partnership with Grub Hub, not my issue. I'm going to order Shrimp fried rice some where else. I would have re ordered a Shrimp fried rice from them, if it wasn't for his attitude in tone. I feel like some times when ppl look at addresses they have a predetermained idea in their mind. As far as my order that I did received from China Inn... Hubby loved his meal, even if he did have to pay 2 times for the same item. Might be ordering again, but we'll do pick...
Read moreOur first time stopping today(5/30/23). Says been there over 30 years. It SHOWS. The inside is falling apart. Takeout only. No restroom. Has a tiny drive thru. Parking is almost nonexistent if more than 3 cars in the front and more than 10 cars in the back. Expect to pay a 5% upcharge with credit card usage. With all of that being said, the food was good. My son's hot wings n fries were very good. He says they weren't hot enough. The honey lemon pepper wings were good just couldn't taste the lemon pepper. Next time will ask for extra lemon pepper. All of the wings were very nice sized. I liked the fact that there was only a 75 cent upcharge for all flats....some places charge $1 and others don't allow at all. The lunch beef fried rice was a BIG portion. It's very good except peas were like little pebbles. The owner was very nice and friendly. Fast, friendly service. Gonna look for the inspection report next...
Read moreI recently tried China Inn for the first time and it’s honestly the best Chinese food I’ve had in quite some time. I got an order of sesame chicken, vegetable fried rice, and egg rolls. I walked in and ordered, and it only took maybe 8 mins for my food to come out. The guy and the counter was attentive, the pricing is very reasonable, and as I mentioned before the food was amazing. I will absolutely be going back. The only small negatives I would say are the building is a little tired looking inside and out, and at least in the front where I parked the parking lot is small. There’s not room for more than maybe two cars to park there at a time, so if it’s busy you might have to park nearby and walk. That wouldn’t stop me from going back to or recommending China inn.
If you want really good Chinese takeout, this...
