Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Columbus

Waited 30 mins in the chipotlane pickup line. There were many other cars waiting as well. In that 30 mins not once did anyone come to the window. No one was being given there orders. Many people pulled out of line and when I decided I could no longer wait I drove by the pickup window and seen people right there making more orders. Yet not giving orders to people who had a pickup time that has BEEN passed. Why focus on making more orders and the orders that should already be ready are not being sent out? Seems pretty stupid to me. If you guys are that busy then you need to hire more people. But telling someone they can pick up an order at a set time and then making them wait in line for 30+ mins is unacceptable. They should be bouncing between handing out orders and making more. I guess the chipotlane is least priority. Yet those are the people who clearly do not have the time to come in. Thats why we place online to make sure its ready at a specific...

Did online and drive-thru pick up. My order was not ready. I waited patiently because the inside was so busy. My order was supposed to be ready by 9:30pm. The restaurant closed at 10pm. I ordered 4 bowls and paid about $54. Once my food was finally ready it was about 9:50pm. My mother is vegan, so I customized her bowl to fit her dietary needs. Sadly, my order was terrible wrong. The vegan bowl was completely wrong and loaded with cheese and sour cream which is not vegan. Items that should have been in another bowl were missing or in someone else's bowl. I paid for chicken as the protein but barely had any. I was very upset when I got home and by this time the restaurant was closed. My mother wasn't able to eat her meal and overall this was not a good experience. Will probably never go back to this location for dinner. I don't think they can handle the...

I know this is a newer location so it’s going to take some time getting used to a crowd. But why do they close at TEN PM and we’re out of EVERYTHING! No steak, no queso, no white rice without cilantro, advertising a new drink just for them to be OUT! No tomato salsa, NO RECEIPT PAPER, NO NOTHING! only options for meat choice were chicken… NOTHING ELSE! I cannot believe it! I love chipotle but this was the worst experience ever! Can you believe they even ran out of the burrito wraps! They were wrapping peoples food in the tiny soft taco wraps! Go early or not at all 🙄😩. And they had the nerve to get mad when I asked them to put my bowls in separate bags because oh that’s right they were out of lids; and I didn’t want my food smashed! 🤦🏽‍♀️ They’re lucky I was hungry!!!
