Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Columbus

Usually I would give Church's Chicken a better review, but in this case, I think 2 stars is stretching the truth. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting all day, the biscuits really didn't have much flavor, and the apple pie (which I have went there just to get an apple pie) but this one tasted old. The lady at the counter was unfriendly and refused to make my order like i wanted. Anytime I go to Church's or KFC and get dark meat..I request more thighs than legs and until this day, it's never been an issue. This cashier made it a point not to let me have this request unless I purchased a 10 pc for $14.99. They had 2 dark meat specials..8pc for $5.99(only on Wednesday and Sunday) and a 10pc for $7.99. To make this visit even worse, she included the cook in our conversation by making a remark and giving me a "look". Then they both were peeking at me and then rolling their eyes at each other. FYI..this location is so nasty, and the employees didn't appear very hygiene attentive..no hairnets, sloppy unclean uniforms, etc..the cook had gloves on, but my whole visit she never changed them and she was touching everything up near the counter while talking about personal stuff she was planning when she got off and while...

Attitude,Attitude,Attitude. I ordered the Smoke House Chicken, it was dry, still had some feathers on it, and the customer service was bad. They're disrespectful,impatient, slow, but have time to talk about everything else except what the customer has ordered. The woman in line in front of me was handled like she was a nobody, and then when it was my turn in which I was returning my order or seeking a refund for my featherly order. I was admittedly approached with a nasty, stanky Attitude before I could even explain what the issue was with my order. Everybody that worked in this store today needs to work on their people and customer service skills. It wouldn't hurt for them to get some retraining,I would like to talk with someone in corporate about this store. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one that had a bad experience with these employees...

This place was aweful truly the building smelt like dirty feet their was tweekers in there. The girl who was taking my order refused to pay any mind to me and was giving handfuls of Sause to her co-worker who was leaving for the day but yet got snippy with me when I asked for honey mustard and ranch. She snapped and said their is already honey mustard in the bag trust me on this their wasn’t . The Mac and cheese was so hard I couldn’t chew it the potatoes tasted all wrong and the chicken was dry and inedible and my last final complaint was that I ordered a chicken sandwich all they put on it was mayo....... oh and no plastic spoon in the bag either. Horrible horrible place I will...
