Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered online/app at 7:42pm on Friday September 19, 2025. I walked in at 8:12pm when I received the notification that my ordered was ready and instructed to obtain my order from the counter workers. For the next 45 minutes they informed me that they were still working on my order. Over an hour now, I have watched food leave the store without being paid for; I have watched workers on their phones; I have watched workers play around carelessly and without care for peoples food they were handling.

At 1hr 20min they came to the cash register and asked who are you. I provided my order confirmation number, e-mail and verification; that I was there on the correct day and time and at the correct store. Then I was told multiple times we do not have your order and there is nothing that we can do for you. Even though they could see and read that I have ordered to their store and I have paid with a confirmation.

They exclaimed they could not and would not do anything for me. All while my wife and 2 young daughters ages 2 and 6 are waiting for their dinner in the truck. I like to say I have a lot of patience, but this is ridiculous. The workers told me, we cannot refund your money and we cannot make you anything. Although they were handing out the food that they were going to throw away. They gave this food to people for free that were coming in and asking for it.

1 week later now, I have called both corporate and customer service and I called again today. I am told the franchisee or owner of the store has not responded to them. They will escalate this issue and they told me to call back next Tuesday. I will call back and I will not ever go to this store again; unless it is to have a conversation with the owner face to face since he/she is a snake and wants to steal peoples money without offering any service. I have experienced this stores decline firsthand for the past 6 months. Others have shared similar stories.

Placed an order yesterday afternoon via their app and when I arrived to pick up, the store was in pandemonium with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the day and many clueless employees. After waiting in line for 20 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready, i was told by a laughing employee that my order hadn't been started yet. I said I wanted to cancel it out, and he said he couldn't do that, and maybe he could find the manager, then dissapeared. In the meantime, about 15 other customers packed into the store angry and all demanding their orders to be fixed or credited. I told another employee I was coming back to cancel my order, as I was already late for my own party. When I returned to the store, they had apparently made my order later in the night after I asked for it to be canceled and was told I could take the food but not get a refund. I then called the next day on Monday April 25th at 12:20 pm and spoke with a snarky manager who was very rude and said all they could do was remake the order and it wasn't her fault because it was an emergency. I then asked if it was an ER, why are you taking online orders that cant be refunded? She told me it's how the system is and said they'll only remake the food, but after her defensive behavior, I dont want them to. I've ordered Uber from here like 3+ times each time getting like 5+ pizzas+. Never get a single crazy sauce. That's the only reason I even buy from little Caesar. An its just dry $1 bread without it. Which I have plenty rotting in my cabinets. An Uber must be owned by the same people cause they don't read my instructions an ask for it an don't refund me after their sometimes vicious workers they hire refuse to deliver properly (Uber forces you to tip as well) . I know most USA little Caesar have started to not give out crazy sauce unless you ask for it in the past 3 years. So it's something they came together an found a way to steal from customers.

All little Caesars even has that tastes good is their crazy sauce anymore; an its not even low prices now. Ate a pizza from there almost every day sometime 2020-2021; on the west coast. But ever since returning to USA I've experienced this an I'm just being lazy. This whole nation has evolved to the dumpster it was created as by the land theives who started it. It won't work long if you don't hide certain things.
