Me and our family came in for ice cream we ordered a couple different flavors and then I asked for mango flavor they proceeded to give me a sorbet mango I asked what is this ?i didn't order this, they told me they don't have mango flavor by itself they only have mango with raspberry but since they already made a scoop of sorbet mango I have to pay for it or else they call the police, I was furious because they didn't ask me if wanted sorbet or not they just decided to make it and demand that I pay for it. They won't admit they was at fault so I told them to go ahead and call the police, I'm not going to pay for something I didn't order , they should ask the costumer if the flavor requested is not available before making an entire different thing. They argued that it's the same thing meaning sorbet and ice cream is the same, but it's not the same if it was, why they have flavors in both ice cream and sorbet , doesn't make much sense now does it? The manager was super rude and talking down to us with a smirk, i don't care about the price of the ice cream it's just the principle, they were rude to us both the manager and the worker, if they keep doing what they did today soon they're going to have no regular costumers, they lost 10 today, we will never...

They literally have the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had. Love the rum raisin! With that being said, they charge $4.75 for one scoop and it is just that…. One LEVEL scoop of ice cream. All other ice scream shops give you a big heaping scoop but not this place. Two of their scoops is equal to one of everywhere else’s scoops and that’s probably being generous. AND…. when you get two (and expect to get two if you want more than a couple bites) you are charged another $4.75 for the second scoop. Terrible and rude staff. We have asked for a Mango ice cream and one of the girls gave us a Mango sorbet, and when we asked her to change she refused and her Terrible attitude manager asked to pay for it or she will call the police. We were shocked of her action against us even when we explained that she gave us a mango sorbet, not ice cream. Very terrible decision from the manager taken against us, and not even admitted the mistake was from them for not asking us they don't have only Mango flever just sorbet.
