Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Columbus

Went after food was told it was great. I ordered a tea and it was great my mom and sister both ordered the same tea with bubbles. As she was finishing signing the receipt I saw one of the employees smiling and laughing as he placed the bubbles into the tea. Saw another worker laughing too. We got our teas quickly left and got in the car and started driving home. They then realized how disgusting the bubbles were. They had peach oolong tea and the bubbles tasted like bitter coffee. I was a loyal costumer. The lady owner can remember my name and my order every time I came to pick up. Unfortunately last week, I ordered Thai tea then I found out it was Kung fu tea! But it was late at night at the time so after work the next day I came back. The guy owner said definitely no refund and no replacement. He said if the sticker order said Thai tea! It’s a Thai tea! Not “why don’t you call us yesterday, sorry about that”! He thought I was lying? I was buying 2-4 times a week from here! Fine no more. Please run away. Let buy another branch better taste...

If you like boba tea or popping Pearl drinks, it's a good place to try if you know what you're ordering. I had never been here before and the staff just looked at me with an expressionless face anytime I asked a question about a product or what was good to drink, I let them know that I had never been here and was just curious and I ended up just picking eliminate with mango popping pearls and it was pretty good but the stuff was just not polite, not helpful at all.
