Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

At 4:40 on Friday 7/1/2022 I ordered a double order of bread sticks and an order of mini-Cinnibons while sitting the parking lot outside the facility. The time estimate was 10-20 minutes. At 4:50 I pulled up to the pick-up window and then sat there for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged my presence, even though I honked my horn after sitting for 2 minutes. After handing the man at the window my credit card, I was given a receipt to sign for $68.88. Needless to say, I refused to do that and was simply told, "No need for that". I drove home, which took about 15 minutes. Much to my disappointment, when I got home I found one box of 5 bread sticks barely above room temperature, very soggy, and semi-burned on the top like they had been sitting around for an hour or two or maybe they had been made the day before. The second box of bread sticks was warm and the mini-Cinnabons were perfect. I have many other choices (6) for pizza and breadsticks very near to me and thought that I would give Pizza Hut a try since they abandoned a storefront 2 miles from my house some while ago. Based on the service and the disgusting quality of the some of the food I was given, I will never go back again. If I could have given less than 1 star,...

I was surprised to see negative reviews for this Pizza Hut. Having ordered from here for both delivery and pickup several times throughout the last year we’ve had nothing but very positive experiences. Not only is our food always ready to go quickly and cooked perfectly (not over baked like most chain places) but, pick up is a breeze with the drive through window!

Delivery is great too. All of the staff that have delivered have always been extraordinarily polite and follow any special instructions we leave. Recently, they’ve also been including a sealed packet with Parmesan, pepper, peppermints, and even wet wipes! I honestly can’t think of any other restaurant delivery service that has ever been so thoughtful or, left such a positive impression.

I hope that this review helps to balance out the negative ones left here. To reiterate, we’ve had nothing but great experiences here and I’m sure...

Was delivered the wrong pizza. Customer service when calling in to get it corrected I was hung up on twice, 3rd call in I said I got the wrong item delivered, was told someone was on their way with the correct pizza and hung up. Didn’t even get my name or address. Very rude not a pleasant experience. Over an hour passed by and that and still no pizza. I should have known the pizza would not come, unlikely they even knew who I was when I called and they rudely dismissed me.

Called back in to get a refund as in that time i had to make food for my young kids and was not looking to call again to get another pizza made and sent to me.

Called back in to get a refund and they could only offer me store credit. Made a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate. I don’t want store credit I want a refund as I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut...
