Dunkin' — Restaurant in Columbus

Never, ever, ever again. I have been here a small handful of times and there has been an issue every time.

My first order was when they first opened up and I wanted the Blue Raspberry Coolata. The young lady didn't know what I was talking about and told me they don't have it and they only have Vanilla.

Fair enough. New location. They're working out the kinks.

Next time I tried their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Big mistake. My wife ordered one on a separate occasion and can verify that it's a lousy sandwich. Flavorless watery eggs atop a sad soggy croissant.

I went an hour and a half before closing one day to order a dozen donuts. "Sorry sir, we're out of donuts." ...out...of...donuts. Dunkin Donuts is out of donuts. No offer to make donuts. I just repeated myself to the young lady in dumbfounded disbelief. "Out..of...donuts?!"

I thought I had given up on the place but my wife wanted a frozen coffee and I wanted to try one more time. Shame on me. The young lady again had little idea what I was asking for and asked "the sweet one?"

"Sweet...yeah..."

"We don't have the sweet one..."

This place is beyond saving. I'm a fool for trying as much as I have to give the benefit of the doubt. On the rare occasion I want a donut, I'll hit up the prettier Canadian cousin down the way. At least her breakfast sandwich doesn't taste like...

Has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Dunkin. We ordered two of the sea creature treats for the kids, and a large iced caramel latte. The lady taking our order messed up the coffee 3 times, and then didn’t give us a chance to order more things before telling us the total. We got to the window and were asked to pull forward, which wasn’t an issue. We parked and waited someone came out and had to ask what flavor of ice cream because the lady taking ordered couldn’t be bothered to ask. She then went back inside and brought the ice cream out. We had to tell her we ordered drinks, and she brought them out. Of course it was the wrong thing, I just gave up and left. I looked at the sticker once leaving and of course she gave us the wrong order. Worst experience ever had with a Dunkin. Wouldn’t go back to...

The reason why I gave the store on morse rd 2 stars is for many reasons some of the employees they got now hate their job even when u trying to be nice they look all piissed I didnt tell u to come to work I hate my job too but we all got to do it trust me I always go there for chai latte and know what my chai latte taste like but sometimes they have the new ppl making drinks when they barely know what they doing mess up my chai twice and the last time the lady asked me why did I take long to bring it back well I live 13 mins away thank you and do u think I love wasting gas driving down there no I dont but I need my drink I paid for which you guys didnt make it right my egg cheese croissant looks like it been in a warzone like where is the rest of my cheese ain't coming back going to a...
