Love love love this place!! The Mom is sweet. Friendly & welcoming smile. I enjoy the jollof, stew is PERFECT. Beef or goat, yummm! Most of all, I appreciate the fact that I can eat the food and actually taste it while having just enough pepper and not so much that my lips are melting off.🤣 To the person complaining about ordering a soup and it had "random meat" in it. You need to sit down and have yourself several seats already! Like what are you even talkin' about? Random? Where? Certainly not here. Just because it's unfamiliar to you, or maybe cut differently, that in NO WAY makes it a "random" meat. It's AFRICAN food. Either you get it or you don't, if you don't then it's up to you to understand what you're ordering. Alternatively, McDs is right next door, enjoy ur gmo ish! Understand before insult, this is real food, no short cuts, prepared and cooked the old fashion way, with love & dedication... Ya gotta...

I stopped by for lunch and asked for the jollof with chicken, since I'd never eaten here before. The woman who took my order was extremely polite and patient, and was willing to laugh along with my dumb joke about how I, a white guy in Columbus, had no idea how spicy her idea of "spicy" was. So she put the spicy sauce in a container on the side, and I tried it with the rice and the chicken when I got home. I wouldn't call it mild, but it wasn't painfully hot, either. I loved the taste, too, so I only regret not getting more. The fried chicken was as good as any other I've had, and the rice was fantastic.

For the price ($17 normally, $15 when I got it for lunch), it's a great value. I couldn't finish it all, so I was left with another serving of rice to eat later. I look forward to visiting...

I had an amazing experience at this African restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious , full of bold flavors, authentic spices, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat, and I even ended up ordering a dish to-go because I couldn’t get enough.
