Avoid this place! I’m not usually a complainer but this was the worst experience my family and I have ever had. We walked in, no one greeted us, we sat ourselves down and we’re told we had to come to the register to order. We ordered 2 bowls of rare beef and meatball pho and two banh mi pork subs and my kids shared a chicken fried rice. The food took extremely long to come out, nothing came out together so we could eat as a family. We ordered two Thai Teas and a water. We didn’t get none of them until we were almost finished with food. The bowls of pho did not have the rare beef in them so the lady took them back and heated the bowls up in the microwave and threw rare beef in the bowl, the beef tasted like it was old and had been sitting out all day. We could not eat these bowls of pho. My kids complained the fried rice was dry and bland with no flavor. Our banh mi subs had barely any meat it was all bread that was hard as a rock. They brought out 1 egg roll and said it was an apology egg roll for 4 people lol then had the courage to ask us how it tasted- all of us maybe got 1 bite- if that. The customer service was terrible, food was terrible. worst decision we...

It was about 4:00pm on a Sunday when we saw this place after shopping at Menard's. We dined here as we are always looking out for new Vietnamese.

I ordered the Bahn Mi Pork Sausage (Cha Lua). It was very good! Around 6-7" in size. It had good mix of flavor from the ingredients. The cha lua was springy and had a more pronounced fish sauce flavor. For me it was unexpected, but a welcome change from what I usually get around the area. It is a food I am very familiar with. The mayo and pâté were excellent, and I learned from the owner that it is homemade. Very good! The baguette was very good as well. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

My wife had the Rice Plate with Korean BBQ Ribs (Com Suon Bo Dai Hang). She enjoyed the dish and said they were tasty. She did wish there was a bit larger portion with the meal for the cost however.

For what it's worth, this is a very, very family run business, so expect children to be around, who might possibly ring you up and bring your food out. Nothing at all wrong with this, it teaches them responsibility and interaction with people. Our two servers/hostesses did a great job!

Positive first experience, and we will...

This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I stood at the counter for about ten minutes before I realized the man I could see cooking in the kitchen was the only person working. During peak lunch hour. I then made the mistake of ordering through the app. I then waited for fifteen minutes PAST the promised time. And waited for another 35 minutes. I understand he was understaffed. But after asking him twice when I can expect my food to be ready, he grumbled something entirely unintelligible. Unfortunately there was no way for me to even cancel my order. Others who has ordered ahead had formed a line siting for their pick-ups. Diners in the restaurant had clearly been waiting a while as well. There were two groups seated and he would bring out their dishes one at a time about five limited apart. This is unacceptable for a running restaurant! I wasted my entire lunch break and money and had to leave. No food. No refund. No answers. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I wish I could comment on the food, but I didn’t get a chance to even see it, much less taste it. Won’t be returning. And I wouldn’t recommend this...

Accidentally found this restaurant while driving to a different Vietnamese place - really glad we did! Ate with my wife (who is from Vietnam). We both agreed it was some of the best Vietnamese in Columbus (we've tried them all). The attendant said they make all their pho from scratch, not from boxed bullion or powder. Excellent flavor without any armpit smell that often accompanies pho. I got the "vermicelli" bowl with beef and egg roll combo. The egg rolls were some of the best I've had in a restaurant anywhere (though, still not quite as good as my wife's). I have vermicelli in quotes because the noodles were thicker than that - more like rice spaghetti - but still done well. A quick note that the "spring rolls" are actually summer rolls. All of the food was incredibly fresh, which really makes a difference with Vietnamese cuisine. Seating is a little limited. The only suspicious things about the restaurant was that it was really clean and the service was good, which seems to be unusual for authentic cuisine.

I rated this restaurant very high when I found it about a year ago. Now the main person of the place is gone and there's a lady who always treats me differently when I come in. Never gives me water or chopsticks. I ask how her day is and she ignores me. Then as I sit and eat I watch her give everyone else everything they need and speak to them. I hate to play the race card but if your black they're very unwelcoming. This use to be my favorite place. I gave her three chances to see if it was just me and it's not. Will never return no matter how good the pho is.

This pho place was great with a reasonable price and a large size. We ordered everything beef pho and specialty spicy beef noodle. A large portion of beef came with them. Some beef was stewed well but some thick beef was hard to chew. The broth was authentic with fresh vegetables. The red cabbage could make the soup purple. Service was fast. WiFi was not available. Sauces were unlimited.
