Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

Often times the chicken is cold and I ask them to remake it. They are aways pleasant and I do go back again and again on my lunch break. But that's might be because it is one of 3 places I will actually eat at that happens to be in the same lot as my job. Since I don't have a car....It's pretty clean and that's important to me as well as most of the time the food is good for fast food unless I have them refire my chicken. Oh one more thing, and this has happened twice now: Sandwich prep staff need to take more care in making special orders. Especially since I get chicken which is less popular and have to wait for one to cook or refire because it was cold. So take care in making certain my plain or ketchup only sandwich isn't accidentally made with lettuce and mayo. It ruins the sandwich and then I have to wait again for another to be cooked. The first time I waited through to breasts being cooked meanwhile my fries were getting cold. The second time I heard the order taker say several times as my breast was cooking that it was ketchup only. The sandwich guy was like right there next to him. Then he started putting lettuce on it and almost put mayo on it. I hate mayo, even a little bit grosses me out and lettuce leaves a gross taste when it gets warm and slimy on the bun. He took the lettuce off added ketchup and handed me my sandwich. I could see lettuce still stuck on it as he wrapped it and handed it to me. So I unwrapped it at the counter and discovered not only was there still a fair amount of lettuce stuck on the bun and wrapper but there was a large goop of mayo on the wrapper next to my sandwich. I just picked off all the lettuce and used a napkin to rid the wrapper of that disgusting white slop. Had any mayo touched any part if the sandwich then I would probably still be there waiting on another refire. A little care and procision please. I don't get that long for my break and would rather not have to wait for yet another chicken breast to cook. So I remembered this happened twice and now I have to scroll back up and knock off another star. But I am sure I will be back...I mean where else can I really go for my...

this Burger King has been in my neighborhood for about 4 years and I never went until last week. I may not go again.

When I hobbled in, there were four or five employees standing around oh, and one girl running the register. They had this video of a when I assumed was a new burger, and it look good so I ordered it. I think it was a jalapeno and bacon cheeseburger.

Al it must have been knew because the clerk had no idea where to find it to ring it up. Is she voiced her frustration someone from the huddle yelled, "It's under hamburgers!". I think I could have made the same assumption.

Is there any training going on at the store. I ordered my burger with extra onion and repeated I want plenty of onion. The clerk acknowledged that she understood. I ordered a nice water figurine you can't get that wrong.

When my Burger King was put before me I immediately recognized that there was no onion. The woman said that she had forgotten to instruct them that I wanted onion oh, so my burger was unwrapped and passed that to the prep area past the group standing around.

My burger wasn't folded up back into its wrapper and then taken through to the kitchen, and I just felt exposing my food to all those around was not the most sterile way to handle the situation.

The burger tasted fine, but I don't believe I would pay for it again oh, and I may not go back to the Burger King. It's getting easier and easier to make make White...

Went 2 nights ago, ordered mobile pickup, get to the store let them know i needed to pick up a mobile order, asked to add a burger. Great no biggy. I ordered 2 bacon king meals with mozzarella sticks instead of fries get our order counted items in bag before leaving the parking lot. Great total items match up. Get home both my mozzarella sticks were firey I wanted reg. Tried to call the store of course they can't be bothered to answer the phone. Go back the next day after working all day to talk about the order. African American lady gets rude asking for the food back, I'm like ma'am that was 11pm last night, I tried to call but you guys don't answer the phone. So she gets even more rude well you got a receipt? I go to pull up my mobile order on the app the African American lady goes a grabs a Caucasian lady and says here u handle this is ain't doing it. How rude and unprofessional. Just simply ask to see my receipt, I even took a photo of the firey mozzarella sticks I was given. Caucasian lady was super nice and gave me fresh mozzarella sticks. Not happy with the original person I spoke to at the store. Hope the owner...
