Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

Very disrespectful just rude. The little albino day manager needs a hug and fired. She argued with me while i was assisting my client with disabilities. I asked if I could speak to a manager because this lady manager was being extremely rude to me they told me they don't have her manager there don't have a corporate they're privately owned. I guess I can't get at you can't I. I kept my composure than another little short light skin girl manager came in she was just as rude. The most respect that had in that place came from the big chubby light-skin brother that works there. That little albino was cussing at me screaming and hollering at me cuz I simply wanted to know where my clients food was. You know what she said, he never complains when he has to wait. We were waiting 25 minutes inside the restaurant everyone was just standing around. I informed her that i am the advocate for this individual. And he shouldn't have to wait. Today we went in and they didn't give my client his change. I said excuse me and the young boy put his hand up very obnoxiously and said wait. Last time I checked the customer's always right in the customer comes first. My client said you didn't give me my change and he started apologizing and the albino manager girl jumped to it. But once again i advocate for the disabled, all the paperwork i have to fill out just to take him in public. I do not go to a fast food place to hear them saying disrespectful things about me. Ive never been around so many disrespectful servants in my life. I workout a lot im a boxer i went in and this 1 kid was like your a beast and i said thank you. Next thing i know im hearing the albino girl saying that he take steroids, she was making very disrespectful sexual comments about my male parts saying its probably tiny and doesn't work. But because she was so aweful to me the first time i went there ever, and i didn't want my client to have a mental breakdown and my client with disabilities i just had to endure the abuse. She needs fired. Ive been in this field for 5 years, we go to the zoo, kings island zoombezi Bay, and i have never been so utterly embarrassed by employees. When she's working i wouldn't bring in your kids. Theres another manager a big light skinned gentleman. He was respectful and professional, when hes there the whole demeanor of that place...

Our order was all mixed up.... 1 meal was ordered with meat and cheese only on everything, the other was everything as listed on the menu. Once it was served to us, 1 meal had 2 items as listed and 1 item with meat and cheese only, the other meal was everything as listed with the exception of 1 item which was only lettuce, meat, and cheese, despite it being a supreme taco ( which includes everything that was on it, as well as tomato, and sour cream). Also, we specifically asked as to whether or not they had any cinnabon delights and whether they were cooked fresh when ordered, were made recently(as in the last 5 mins), or if they were sitting under a heat lamp. The response we received was, "They literally just came up, and would be too hot for consumption at the moment." When we got the food, first thing I did was grab one and eat it......only to find they were not only cold, but also darn near rock hard from sitting too long after being cooked. Now, each of these things in and by themselves, would not be enough to ruin a meal, just slightly disturb me and my fiancee. However, the whole lot of them together, coupled with the fact that it was around 10-11pm, it was completely dead, there were multiple employees that we saw, and the fact that we didnt order a whole lot, and went out of our way to make it simple for them, and even asked them about the freshness of the cinnabon delights in an attempt to avoid buying something that I am quite picky about, and will NOT eat cold! All in all, yet another bad experience from yet ANOTHER Taco Bell, and one less strike that the company itself has remaining before i completely write off any future attempts at patronizing...

One of the worst taco bells in existence. I don't go to this 1 very often because of this but its the closest 1 to my house. I have gone to this 1 many times where you pull up to the window and they say only taking mobile app orders when its 5 p.m in the afternoon right at dinner time. Iv heard of them doing this late at night but they do it all the time at this one at different times of day and I know its because they are short staffed but its no excuse if it happens constantly. But anyway, the last time this happened, I parked back into the parking lot and ordered thru the app which means I had already paid thru the app. I waited in that line for close to an hour with 3 cars in front of me. Even IF IT WAS ONLY 1 PERSON I COULDA WENT IN AND MADE EVERY PERSONS ORDER MYSELF IN UNDER THAT AMOUNT OF TIME. I couldn't even leave because I had already paid and the front doors were locked to go in and see what was going on. We all had our cars parked in the drive thru. Finally he poked his head out the window, with me being 3 cars back yelled what was going on and said they were short staffed. No excuse with how long that took without even saying anything to anyone and for how long a few orders took. And to make it even worse the guy in front of me had a separate order that wasent put in the bag and he had to walk up to the window while I was sitting there in my car and try and get there attention because he couldn't go inside being the doors were locked. I don't even think they are allowed to do that before a certain time. Worst fast food experience in my life. If you want taco bell, never go to...
