i have never felt so motivated to write a review for anywhere before, especially a negative one, but the experience my friend & i had here was absolutely horrible, we will never be back & will warn anyone else who suggests this place.
i spent $25 on the family meal deal for spaghetti, alfredo, and breadsticks. the plan was to eat there & take leftovers home for the next day.
we used the kiosk to order which is probably the only reason there wasn’t an issue sooner, the receipt printed blank which was already a little annoying but not a big deal at all so i didn’t say anything.
when our food got to the table, the noodles were COLD & i had to pick out a couple dry penne noodles. the alfredo was okay, super bland but edible. the cup of sauce they gave for the spaghetti was barely half way filled & it wasn’t enough for the amount of noodles. not even half of them had sauce, and the rest were still completely plain. i wish i had taken a picture, but i wasn’t upset enough to want to write this until after a later interaction with the manager. i went up & asked (i assume the manager, she had a maroon shirt on) if we could get more sauce & she said “you can pay for more sauce” to which i replied that what they provided wasn’t enough & the cup hadn’t even been half full. she looked at me like i had 3 heads & snapped that the cups are 12 oz portions. it definitely wasn’t, but whatever, i didn’t want to make a scene. i asked how much, she said “idk, like 1.50”. i said “okay that’s not bad, i’ll go ahead and get some more” and pulled my card out to pay. she literally sees me do this, and turned around to do whatever else. i stood there about a solid minute before i just went and waited again to use the kiosk to pay the $3 (NOT 1.50) for more sauce. not sure if she just had a bad day or what, but the professionalism on her end was severely lacking, if there at all. horrible attitude. only employee who was nice was a young guy with curly hair. woulda tipped him if i had cash honestly. i’ll never go to another fazolis...
Read moreI absolutely love Fazoli's. It is my favorite restaurant. However, today I had a very bad experience. I went to eat with my brother, sister-in-law, and nephew. They had a new item on the menu that we all wanted to try. So we each ordered our regular meals then I also ordered the new item for us all to split and try. When they brought us the food we were sorting it out and the worker asked if I ordered two meals by mistake. I said no and he laughed. He then said "The last time I saw a women order that much food she was pregnant with twins!" I thought that was extremely rude. After that he kept close to the table the whole meal so that we could not even talk to each other and catch up. Also, he kept touching my one year old nephew everytime he passed the table. I go to fazolis quite a bit and see him often. To avoid seeing him again I will not go to the restaurant as often or I may even go through the drive though so I don't have to see him. Maybe then I can enjoy my favorite meal in peace without being judged. (I remember the name of the employee, but I do not want to publicly shame him and hurt him...

From reading these reviews, it appears people should only go when Jeremy is there. Original complaint follows. I had no intention of putting this on Google but I've given Fazolis multiple opportunities to make this right and I'm being ignored. Since almost everyone has become nasty over the last 2 years, I usually don't say anything about rudeness but this was way over the top. I had a horrible experience on Veteran's day with the rudest bunch of people I've ever dealt with. I wonder how many vets & vet spouses they were nasty to last Friday? Not only were they rude to me but they were jumping down each other's throats. They weren't even busy at the time so there was really no excuse for it. I would have walked out but I ordered on the mobile app so I already paid. I was only offered a $5 reward but want a full refund due to the circumstances. I have no intention...
