Halal Bites — Restaurant in Columbus

Just tried this spot for the first time and I have to say, I was incredibly impressed by how good it was. I ordered the double smash burger, the spicy chicken sandwich, and the Philly steak with fries. My favorite item, which was hard to choose, was the smash burger. Incredibly good and I am originally from Chicago so I know what a good halal smash burger tastes like. Legitimately so impressive. The chicken sandwich was really tasty too my only feedback is it could’ve been a tad bit more crispy. The Philly was super delicious too and the fries were great as well. Overall, I give this place a must try because I ordered three things I love and they were all really good and I’m a pretty harsh critic. I cannot wait to try more items on the menu like wings and the mix over rice. So glad this place exists nearby and just continues to add to the great growing halal food options in Columbus. Places like this make me miss Chicago...

Local delivery driver!!!

I’m glad to see a Business breathe new life into this building. This is a great location. ! And I believe Halal bites will do very great here! I stopped in to pick up a delivery and I watched 🤩them preparing three platters. & and it instantly made me hungry!. 😅and then realized I didn’t bring any water out with me 🤦🏽‍♂️ before I started my shift so I asked if could have a bottle of water and the staff gave me a bottle of water out of the kindness of their hearts!! I want to say thank you 🙏🏾 yall truly understand sometimes delivery drivers run around so much we forget to take care of ourselves ! 😓 thanks again for y’all‘s generosity! and for anybody looking to grab a bite, here, just know I can personally tell you that your business is...

Halal Bites is my new go-to for authentic New York–style halal food right here in Columbus. I tried the NY platter with tender dark meat chicken, perfectly cooked rice, fresh salad, and a dollop of that classic white sauce—it was exactly what I craved. The portion was generous, and every bite packed great flavor. I ordered through DoorDash and the delivery was smooth—my food arrived hot and on time. The menu also has solid variety—gyros, seafood, wings, and more—so it’s a great spot whether you’re ordering in or planning a sit-down meal. Quality feels top-notch for the price. The only thing I’d love to see? More dine-in reviews so I can report back on the in-person vibe, but for delivery, this place absolutely delivers....
