Hardee’s — Restaurant in Columbus

I am from Texas where everyone is polite NO MATTER WHAT. moving here it is hard to find a nice and friendly place to enjoy a meal I don’t have to cook. this morning we went to have breakfast at jacks near this Hardee’s stood in there for 10 min without even getting recognized. went into Hardee’s as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and the sweetest of good mornings. my anxious little brother even went up to ask for a Togo bag, they made him feel heard and seen! thank you ladies for going above and beyond and being the nicest people we’ve come across in 9 months! you ladies...

The food is good here. The staff is the main reason I come to this Hardee's. Everyone is always happy and friendly. The lady that works the drive thru, Sonya, is the absolute best most friendly employee of any restaurant I've ever been to. She could definitely teach a course on how to interact with customers. When you talk to her you feel like family and you have known her forever!!!! Sonya definitely keeps people coming back!!!! I hope I spelled her...

From the time I was greeted at the drive thru, until I pulled away from the window, I felt welcome and ready to be served by someone pleased to be at work doing what she was doing! I wish I’d gotten her name, but I’m sure if you visit, you’ll feel the same if she’s the one you’re blessed to encounter.
