EVENT ZONA BOWL / REBOUND TRAMPOLINE PARK — Attraction in Columbus

Myself and a group of friends came here for a fun night of bowling and we did not receive good customer service. The policy of ordering what you want we completely understand and we did just that. However, the food we ordered, tasted bad or old. Without fuss or confrontation, we asked initially if we could have the product replaced. We were told we couldn't. I then asked again if there was anyway anything could be done. I was told no and that I couldn't get my money back either. Now a food wasting policy I completely understand but customer service was nonexistent. I would've been happy with an apology or some type of compensation but I got neither. We'd just paid for a second game for the group and would have been gone if it wasn't for that. I returned the entire product and still wasn't compensated in any way. I wasn't looking for a freebie, just satisfaction in what we paid for. I hope customer service becomes a priority in a place that has such a large amount of patrons spending money. It will be a while...

if i could give 0 stars i would but here’s one so any other future bowlers can be warned. -for one; the manager? short haired brunette? might possibly be the rudest person in the place & when presented w/ an issue w/ our lane she went onto the next customer & only had to repeatedly go up to her about 5x to actually receive any sort of help. games pay by the hr & we spent 30 mins waiting, so did the lady & her son next to us. -secondly; the bathrooms are FILTHY. -thirdly; went to play in the arcade & the game docked credits to play without actually letting me play, not once but twice. asked for help at the front desk, manager & worker finally fixed it & she rudely ended w/, “go play now”, even after telling her i lost credits to said game & didn't even blink at refunding me the $1.50 per games i lost. -lastly; friend went to retrieve a stuck ball from median since it takes half an hr to get anything done & was screamed at by worker.

10/10 do NOT recommend. oh & speakers...

Horrible rundown place with very unhelpful staff! The software used here to keep track of points is very outdated and gave us many problems. Player 1 would bowl a frame and it would give the score to another player. It would then make the same bowler bowl again. I informed the staff and they moved my party to another lane. That lane had a glitch in the system and did not set up pins or return our balls once thrown. I, once again, informed the staff and after a failed attempt on fixing the problem they tried to move us back to our last lane with the computer glitch. My party was fed up after being there for a hour and a half and only bowled 2 frames. We tried getting our money back and they refused to return our money. We only left we a coupon for a free game of bowling. A rundown, disgusting, cheap place to go for bowling. I highly doubt I would ever return to this establishment unless they...
