Absolutely horrible. My family has gone to this location for years and we have never experienced this kind of horrible service. We picked up two Colorado omelettes. The size of the omelettes were not equivalent to prior experiences. The ingredients were not placed on the inside but rather the outside. The ratio of the food provided was not accurate. The green peppers and onions were missing. We even raked through our food to see what was missing. The sour cream I ordered was less than a teaspoon which cost me $.69.
Prior to even leaving the establishment, we noticed these problems and mentioned it to the manager, Byron. We primarily focused on the size. We later called to inform him of more details and he was extremely condescending, dismissive, and told me that what I was saying didn’t even make sense and that I was lying. Again, I raked through my food and took pictures to document what I was saying. This kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. He didn’t try to fix the situation or validate what we saw, but told me that my eyes were deceiving me. I had to suggest the next steps that should be taken.
We all work really hard for our money and we should get exactly what we pay for. This is a slap in the face as a customer and as a working individual.
I have no confidence that this establishment will continue to get better or get back to what it once was prior to Covid.
Update: They never made it right and still charged me...

People kept apologizing for our food not being ready but wel were patient and never said anything. Finally our food come out and none of it is hot so i don't understand why we were waiting. One of my pancakes fell over and the waiter caught it with his bare hands and put it back on the plate yuke🤢. Not to mention everyone in the kitchen had long hair and was not wearing gloves i don't know if it is required in Ohio, but I could observe those things when the door would open. Earlier a guy went to get a to go box and grabbed two in doing so one box fell on the side where you put food and he picked it up and put it back right in front of us double yucqk🤮🤮. We still tipped, but not as nearly as much ss We usually tip because we also had a awful waiter as far as his service nothing else he was pretty nice. He could have been new, but someone could have helped him instead of watching us not have our food and apologizing. Teamwork...
